My family and I ordered take out tonight. I ordered the fish (supposed to be catfish but it was swai or talpia) the fries were soft not really fried. They didn’t give condiments. My nieces seafood didn’t have alot of seasoning. I went to the location in Arlington and it was Amazing. Yeah, I won’t come back to this location again. We try to support Black businesses but hell they don’t support themselves. It’s wild how these places give you anything but they wouldn’t eat this. Smdh

I brought my family to eat at Red crab for a celebration. Overall, the best experience ever. Since the moment you walk in the vibe is amazing. The hostess are super nice and the servers service are amazing. The food is super flavorful. I definitely would come again. 100% recommend coming to this location.

The crawfish were very small, the crab legs had some sort of muscular atrophy because when you’d break them, they had very little amounts of meat which made me super sad because I had been looking forward all month for them the flavor was very good and we got Hot but it wasn’t quite hot… very mild I’d say…. and we got a good amount of sausages and corn which were great.

I put this on everything I love — this was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. I found a bug in my food, showed it to the staff, and asked for it to be remade. Instead of doing that, they literally gave me back the same food. I know this because I had taken a bite out of the corn before returning it, and when they brought it back, the same bite mark was still there.
When I brought the bug to the manager (who later I found out wasn’t even the real manager), she tried to gaslight me, saying it was “seaweed” — even though it clearly had wings. She wasn’t apologetic at all. Then when I pointed out that the kitchen didn’t actually remake the food, she insisted they did, until I told her about the corn bite. She had nothing else to say after that.
Another manager finally came over and refunded my money, but at that point, the damage was done. Between the dishonesty, lack of accountability, and unsanitary food, I’ll never eat here again — and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else do either.

This was my first time here and I am absolutely in love! I got the steamed oysters with juicy special sauce and they were phenomenal. I also got the snow crab legs and shrimp with the same sauce and it was so delicious. The shrimp was a bit over cooked and a little hard to peel but I will take the time because they were that good!! Courtney was my waitress and she was so nice and made my experience that much better. I highly recommend and will be back!!

Visited this place, amazing food but TERRIBLE service I was made aware of the % charged for gratuity for a certain amount of people in a party which I have no problem with paying if the service wasn’t totally unpleasant. I had to get up from my table just to get a refill in my drink, furthermore I asked for and extra side of sauce of course and did not receive it till I was literally more than halfway through my meal. My server Davina definitely did not deserve that 18% gratuity. Terrible service and will not be coming back due to this issue. Definitely need to revisit their training policies and management practices. Deserves less than 1 star.

Chey exhibits excellent table manners as a waitress. She was incredibly kind and courteous. It was our first visit, and I she gave us her genuine thoughts about the what I wanted. Thanks to her, I will return. The food and ambiance were also fantastic.eat also.
