My girlfriend and I went because we heard about the all you can eat deal which we were really excited for. The quickest bit of our service was being sat down. Everything but our initial order took ages to arrive to the table. And when it did arrive, it came just warm enough to last a minute or 2. The seasoning was tasty, but it pretty much ends there, as our waitress would take these seriously long bouts of not coming to the table. We spent almost the entire dining experience with empty cups. The major slap in the face was that when I took a second to go wash my hands in the restroom, I found her sitting at the bar eating. So during our experience she was taking care of other customers, then going back to the bar and EATING. Now I understand if people work service and need a bit of a break, but how I can’t accept the amount of time we weren’t being served on top of a auto gratuity reaching $30. The service we received was worth $0. Even getting the check was like pulling teeth, and after almost $200, this marks one of the worst experience I have had at a restaurant in a long time. Not to mention the repeated visits to the toilet the day after over what I presume to be poorly handled seafood. I would approach this place with a heaping wad of caution. There are absolutely better places in the area.

Roach in our food. Chef couldn’t be bothered to come out. Waitress was apologetic and did not charge us (of course). No invite to return to give them another try. Wrote corporate, with pictures, to no response. Restaurant is a health hazard. They don’t care.

Post: got the reply below from the restaurant. Have still not received any direct communication one on one from the restaurant, nor from management, and it’s been weeks now. So their reply, and their concern? Just for show.

Very spacious and quiet atmosphere. There were a good number of guests but there was plenty of seating and no waiting. The building is an former Texas Roadhouse so huge seating capacity. The service was prompt and friendly. We ordered an appetizer, drinks, and dinner. We tried the corn fritters which arrived fresh and hot. Very tasty! Dinners we had the a shrimp and rice dinner and one of their daily specials – crab legs, shrimp, and crawfish. The shrimp and rice dinner was great – rice and shrimp cooked to perfection and a generous portion. The crab legs, shrimp, and crawfish were seasoned and cooked great – a meal for even two people. The special also had corn on the cob amd red potatoes. Great place for crab and shrimp meals. We will return.

OMG, delicious! Garlic delight! For me never enough garlic! This place (butter and garlic) definitely satisfies my garlic taste. You don’t have to get the garlic in the butter there’s other sauces that you can get. Michelle was so friendly, it was a delight having her come over to ask me how was it? Red crab knocks it out of the park. Doesn’t come close to “H crab” in Queens, New York. Thank you for a wonderful seafood experience.

Horrible service and exorbitant prices for subpar, and honestly quite depressing environment and dining experience! We were so hungry and looking forward to some seafood and were grandly disappointed by the attitude and hospitality shown by the hostess. My boyfriend was extra hungry and looking forward to the all-you-can-eat platter. I also knew what I wanted – simply 12 oysters. We have been to this establishment before and quite frankly we aren’t fans of the environment but we do appreciate the taste of the food. One would think these are quite simple and easy to fulfill requests, one all you can eat platter and a dozen oysters. But unfortunately the hostess who sat us down stated if ONE of us orders an “all you can eat” meal, we BOTH MUST order and pay for all you can eat meals What if I was allergic to most of the seafood except shrimp, fish etc whatever? What if I had specific food restrictions and/or only wanted specific things off the menu, such as oysters? What if I was a vegetarian and/or only wanted to order corn and potatoes and other sides? Well, if one of your party gets all-you-can-eat, you better get ready to get all-you-can-eat too! You get no choice! I wanted only oysters until she put these conditions on what we can and cannot order. Here’s a scenario – How idiotic does it sound, they expect me to order all-you-can-eat seafood meal even if I’m a vegetarian? I couldn’t order anything else if my companion orders an all you can eat meal. This was such a huge disappointment and I quite simply was amazed at the mandatory demand the hostess made for us to buy an all-you-can-eat meal when I don’t even eat that. Seriously…. What if I’m a vegetarian???? What if I’m just here to talk to my guest while he eats? Nope.

People like me are not allowed at this establishment apparently. This is discrimination in my opinion. I cannot eat here due to the rules the owners of this establishment has set. The hostess actually let us get up and walk out the door. She did not even tried to correct herself. She not only turn away business but made a customer feel less than welcome, unwelcome and uncomfortable to dine in or enter their restaurant. I would not support such an establishment again unless they change their way of doing business. I feel like this is not the integrity-driven way of doing business and would rather do without such a restaurant in my community and neighborhood.

Quite honestly I’ve had their food before. Nothing to rave about. I’ve had much better. Service obviously is not good as they did not care about accommodating us nor did they show us good hospitality as expected. Their ambiance is depressing.

This place was a little hidden gem. Fantastic prices, great food. The cajun shrimp rice was fantastic and so was the catfish sandwich. What was really top notch was the service, our waitress (Lisbeth I believe), was wonderful. We accidentally ordered cajun shrimp rice without realizing there was egg in it, (our error) and she had it remade for us right away. And the food came out SO fast! And Lisbeth was so thoughtful, she even asked us if we wanted some cups for water to go. She helped us decide what to order too. I would so go here again!!

Oh and just a note that here on Google the menu prices are not up to date, so don’t go by that for pricing! Must be older menus reviewers took photos of that still show up.

My wife and I recently visited Red Crab Juicy Seafood in Melbourne, FL, and it was an absolute game-changer! We’d never tried a seafood boil before, but we decided to dive in with their all-you-can-eat option, and let me tell you—we were not disappointed! This place is a seafood lover’s paradise, and it turned my wife, who usually isn’t a fan of crab, into a full-on convert.
We went for the all-you-can-eat seafood boil, and it was worth every penny. The spread was incredible—piles of snow crab legs, shrimp, crawfish, clams, and more, all tossed in their signature Cajun sauce that had just the right kick of spice. I tried crawfish for the first time, and I’m hooked! The crawfish were perfectly seasoned, tender, and so flavorful, with that bold, zesty sauce that made every bite a delight. My wife, who’s never been big on crab, couldn’t stop raving about how juicy and fresh the snow crab legs were. She was cracking them open with a huge smile, going back for seconds (and thirds!). The corn, potatoes, and sausage rounded out the meal, soaking up all that delicious sauce.
The atmosphere at Red Crab is lively and welcoming, with a family-friendly vibe that makes you feel right at home. The staff was super friendly, keeping our table stocked with fresh seafood and checking in to make sure we were loving every moment. The portions were generous, and the ability to customize the spice level was perfect for first-timers like us—we went with medium, and it was just right.
For anyone in Melbourne looking for a fun, messy, and downright delicious seafood experience, Red Crab Juicy Seafood is the place to go. The all-you-can-eat boil is an incredible value, and the freshness and flavor are unmatched. We’re already planning our next visit to “Crave the Boil” again! Highly recommend

We dined here at 3 PM for an early meal. It was very quiet, which wasn’t surprising given the time. The server, who was also the hostess, spoke so softly that it was frustrating, especially with our group of six with various different ages.

A key detail: if one person wants the all-you-can-eat option, the whole table must order it—no mixing with individual meals.

Our table had a variety of orders:

Boil Bags – One with shrimp, lobster, and crab legs. Each pound came with two potatoes and a corn. The consensus? Delicious. They’d order it again. A bucket with gloves and bibs was provided for everyone.

Tilapia Po’ Boy with Hush Puppies – Served on a fresh bun with lettuce, but we had to ask for tartar sauce.

Fried Shrimp Basket & Fried Oysters with Onion Rings – The shrimp was fresh with a great batter. The oysters? Just okay. The onion rings were an upcharge for a frozen, unimpressive option.

Full Oyster Basket with Onion Rings – Same opinion—nothing special. One person even said they wouldn’t return.

Service was lacking. We had to ask for nearly everything—cocktail sauce, tartar sauce, salt. The only thing readily available was extra napkins.

Overall, opinions at the table were mixed, but since I’m the one writing this, my verdict is: pass and try somewhere else.

Edit- To the person named “sima rama” Why go to a seafood establishment if you are vegan? Why should anyone beg you to stay if you are walking out with an attitude? You wanted exactly 12 oysters.. That tells me all I need to know about you. I feel bad for any waitress or waiter that’s dealt with you in the past. Anyways! Here’s my actual review.

Food is above average, we had all-you-can-eat which we ate more snowcrab than it would have cost per pound. The best part was our waitress, one best at any restaurant within recent memory. I believe her name was michelle, was on top of our food orders and kept the food and drinks flowing quickly. Also great recommendations and personable. Sorry if I got the name wrong. Again the food was cooked perfect. A little small size crabs with the all you can eat but it was worth it in the end. Will be going back even with the long drive
