Red Crab Juicy Seafood is fantastic! We absolutely love this place. The prices are reasonable, the food is excellent, and the staff is incredibly kind. Service is always prompt, and we consistently leave feeling full and happy. It’s easily our favorite spot for a seafood boil. Highly recommend!

I would take photos of the food, but there was so little it’s pointless. Paid far too much for far too little food that was overcooked and tasted of chicken. Everything tasted like chicken they seasoned the lobster the crab. The entire boil with what taste like chicken bouillon. It tasted like I was eating a Ramen noodle pack . It got so bad that my boyfriend and I both couldn’t finish our seafood boil And decided to toss it. There wasn’t one redeeming quality, other than the fact that if it was Ramen, the flavor would’ve been perfect! We asked for lemon pepper and garlic butter. If it wasn’t a seafood boil, the seasoning would’ve been great but what was that seasoning? I love Cajun food. I love seafood, and I’ve eaten it All over, but this is by far the worst seafood boil that my boyfriend or I have ever had and every way do not waste your money Ordering from here, you’d be far better off ordering from Copeland’s and it’s not even a seafood place. Honestly, you’d have better cooked shrimp from Culver’s Or just heating up frozen in your oven. Do not recommend will not be going back 100% regret

Will NOT be wasting my time again. Their website says dining closes at 9:30 pm. They verbally and there was a sign on the door that said 9:00pm. Walked in right at 9:00pm. Even showed them my phone. Denied. I guess the true time was 8:59 pm. There was 3 of us. Three!! Lazy employees if they are chasing customers away at 9:00 pm. Rockin Crab on Blanding Blvd got our money and was more than happy to serve us. Don’t trust this place.

My spouse and I visited the establishment on a Wednesday at approximately 17:00. The establishment was not overly crowded, which provided a pleasant dining experience. The food was of exceptional quality and the portions were generous. The service provided by the staff was exemplary and should serve as a benchmark for other restaurants to emulate. The ambiance of the establishment was conducive to relaxation. The pricing was reasonable. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I will be back for more!

The waitress was very nice. The shrimp is deveined !!!! and easy to peel. Overall the sea food tasted fresh. But the sauce was straight butter. Lack of seasoning. It tasted almost sour. Not pleasant. I also requested extra hot. It was mild. Overall there is better places but not in Jacksonville.

We had a party of 10 with good expectations the 5:00 reservation would enjoyable. Let me say the waitress was super nice and very attentive. Although there was no backup for her to take our initial drink and appetizer order, so we waited…even after a request for a drink order… twice….
There was one other table occupied in the place and at least three employees walking around or eating at the bar. The food was on the pricey side, but it came out hot and timely.
The main reason for this review was to comment how the environment was dirty, floors and walls moist to the point of being dripping wet, napkin holders sticky, and condiments empty until we requested full ones. The bathrooms were DISGUSTING! Floors sticky and dirty with a smell of sewer that was throughout. My first thought was if the bathrooms are this bad what is the kitchen like. We will never be back and will recommend others to avoid it. Whoever owns this restaurant should be ashamed and must spend some expense on hiring professional cleaning crews daily. I’m surprised the health department hasn’t made a visit. And this is a Mandarin location!

I was randomly driving that direction in traffic and decided at the last minute to switch over two lanes two get to this spot! I was not disappointed. The service was phenomenal. All the ladies were cordial and very inviting. Shout out to my server, Lauren, who kept checking on me! The food came quickly, and it was scrumptious. I literally took my time to get ALL the crab meat out the shell, even to the very tips of the tiny legs. This was a first! The sides were good, especially the corn. I kept dipping my bare corn in the sauce just to suck a mixture of sweet corn juices and seasoned crab juices. I highly recommend and will be back.
