Had an amazing time!! The wait time was a little bit long but that’s understandable considering that they opened a couple weeks ago. I have the shrimp poboy!! It was incredible. For the mind got clam chowder which was also very good!! Would highly recommend getting these. Restaurants also very well decorated

Everyone needs to take a second to appreciate this picture… This is better than any Joe’s Crab Shack I’ve been to! The food here is spectacular. The flavors are out of this world and the seafood is cooked perfectly. As with any seafood restaurant, the prices can be hefty, but it’s well worth it. It’s fairly new so get the word out to help them thrive people!

My wife and I went there for lunch. Like most places now it seems they were short of help. It did take longer to be seated than it should have because there was only one table of guests when we arrived. I will say that after that the service was great. The food and drinks came quickly. My food was excellent. I had a cajun boil of shrimp, mussels and snow crab. My wife had fried catfish that was not up to her standards. She realized that the boil was the way to go at this restaurant.

We love this restaurant. We stopped in by chance a few months ago, and have been going back at least once a month every since! The food is delicious and very well seasoned. There are different seasonings to choose from, with different levels of spicy. We have tried several appetizers and entrees and we haven’t been disappointed.
The atmosphere is family friendly. There is upbeat music in the background that is just the right volume, with popular songs. The wait staff are amazing. They bring out the food very quickly and make sure we have a bucket, gloves, a bib, and eating utensils. The meals can get pricey depending on what you order, but it’s worth it. Red Crab has become our favorite spot for seafood.

Only gave 2 stars because the food was decent. The service at this place was absolutely horrible! We visited for my dads birthday 9/17/22. We waited for over 30 minutes before we were ever spoke to by the only waitress on the floor. I understand a “staffing shortage” but looking back at other reviews this has been going on now for more than 6 months so something must be going on internally! We had to get up several times and look for someone to give us refills, tools to open the crabs, we never got plates or sauces that we asked for. The service charge for a small party of 7 (2 of these people being children) was ridiculous because the service we received was by far the worst I’ve ever had. Although the food was ok at most, we will not be back! Save yourself the frustration, especially when going for a family event that is supposed to be fun!
Also would like to add there was no music on in this place which may seem like something weird to complain about but it was ridiculously awkward having to hear other peoples conversations and feeling like we had to whisper so everyone else didn’t hear us because of the awkward silence in the place.

The food was good, but nothing overwhelming. Pretty much your standard inland seafood place. Menu seemed a bit pricey if I’m correct about some of the food being frozen. Having worked in this building when it was Ruby Tuesday, they did a good job on the remodel. I personally would avoid the flashing lights in the bathroom because my son has epilepsy. Service was excellent. Overall a good experience.
