Tried Red Clover for a new wings spot. Ordered from Door Dash. The pictures on the app for the restaurant did not look at all like what was delivered.
The wings in the DD pic are not breaded. Like most of the wings we are used to. The wings we got from the restaurant were large, breaded, and undercooked unfortunately.
Same for the fries. The DD Pic looks nothing like the fries delivered.
If the food tasted better than it did I would not have had an issie with the items looking and being so different. Unfortunately the fries tasted old, the chicken flavor was bland.

Poor experience (Jan 2, ’26). Server guy is a space cadet. Seems he works at the Indian place next door too? Weird. We saw him once to place the order and had to get bartender to pay out. No asking of how food was or to refill drinks. Plastic-ware.
Burger and o-rings seemed like typical frozen fare. Wouldn’t repeat. Wife had the bang-bang shrimp with cool fries – wouldn’t repeat. Maybe someday they’ll update with fresher food options. We like the other dining in Euro Village but will pass on this place.

Update as of 10/22/2025, the bar pizza, the Chicago style dog and beef are off the menu for now. Spoke to the establishment tonite as I noticed those items were missing from the menu. The 2 Chicago guys are gone. They say pizza will be back soon. Ughhhh was so good !

I have been coming to European Village almost every Sunday for the last 4 years. I have witnessed the rise and fall of various businesses in not only European Village as a whole, but in this specific spot. Let me tell you, NOTHING comes close to the consistency and quality of Red Clover. They have quickly become a regular stop for me in the Village.
They feature full bar with the best handmade cocktails at incredibly reasonable prices for the quality. As a lover of old fashioned’s, I can confidently say they may serve the best I’ve had, even with the basic bourbon option.
Their food is outstanding, perfect and consistent every, single time. Between my peers and myself, we have explored the corners of the menu and we have yet to find anything below amazing, time and time again.
The service is fantastic, everyone is friendly and timely. The outdoor seating is plentiful and comfortable, with numerous TVs having all the premium streaming options for any sports you may wish. We have occupied it frequently during the football season! Retractable awning as well for inclement days!
Overall, top quality in both food and drink, atmosphere and environment. I hope they stick around for a long, long time!

Cool little bar but it is hard to get service. The prices are high compared to bars within walking distance. You will have to go get someone to take your order for food or drinks if you sit at a table. The male who was assisting the bartender would not roam around the room looking for people who needed service or to check tables. You had to walk to him, or flag him over to get service. Food is simply ok, but not good enough to order again. Such a neat place for a bar, and the vibe and decor are awesome. Amazing locals at the bar, so expect nice people… even with all that, it is still a cool little place.

Great place to watch the game, t.vs inside and out on the patio. Friendly staff. If I had to complain, it’s only that the chicken wings ran out too fast in my plate. It’s brand new in the European village it has a full liquor license so that means you can actually get a real drink the food was great the service was phenomenal and the atmosphere was like at your local pub really homie and cozy. The staff is very friendly an helpful and they really take care of you there I had the cheese fries got a small for $4.99 I couldn’t eat them all and they were really good. So my friends swing by there have a good time enjoy the atmosphere and enjoy the food you’re going to like it.

We visited in the late afternoon (4PM), when the restaurant was nearly empty. We waited 10 mins to be acknowledged. The bartender took our drink orders. Eventually a different person took our food order. Despite only three other tables having customers, the wait was excessive and our food arrived cold. Then we had to track down staff just to get silverware, get a second drink order, ask for more water, and get the check. Very disappointing given the other more attentive options only a few steps away.

A little too noisy inside so we sat outside. The bang bang shrimp were overcooked. The little skinny French fries have never been my favorite at any restaurant but these were a home run. The seasoning was perfect.
I got 12 bang bang chicken wings…. I have had a lot of chicken wings in my time all over the world and I can say these were in the top 10 best wings I have ever had. They were temperature HOT and cooked perfectly. I have never liked chicken wings with a breading on them but I will drive back here for these wings. The atmosphere outside is 5 stars but in such a small room it was extremely loud inside. Maybe put some noise reducing foam inside to stop the tinny echo sound. All in all it was a good experience and some people like the noise so there are options for you to have a quieter experience. If the shrimp were perfectly cooked, it would have been five stars for the food. I would definitely come back here.
