I have waited to write this review as consistency is an important factor when making judgement. For the better part of a year I have been using their takeout service, with packaging also being a factor. Thus far I can say that this place has very good service, exceptional food with a nice atmosphere. They have been very accommodating with our dietary restrictions eagerly awaiting to please. I would say with full confidence that I will regularly be a customer at Red Chillis Selkirk. If you haven’t tried their menu yet, you are missing out on satisfying fare! Do yourself a favour don’t wait any longer.

Unfortunately I think they may have changed cooks. Their food used to be amazing. We ordered everything we normally do and only one dish came out well. It’s really unfortunate because we loved this place ☹️.

Tried out this Indian place since we’ve passed by and seen it so many times!
Ordered my usual go-to for Indian food: flavours were great and delicious.
Their naan is a harder and less fluffy than other places I’ve had. Maybe just a different way to making them, but still tasty!
Would try their other menu items since it’s quite large.

I had a terrible experience with Red Chilli Restaurant. I ordered food through Uber Eats, but my order was cancelled due to a driver’s car issue. I was not charged, as Uber only processes payment once the order is delivered, and I was told to place the order again.
When I reordered, the restaurant cancelled my order again and falsely claimed that I had called them to cancel it, which is completely untrue. This is either a lack of communication or complete mismanagement.
I called the restaurant to clarify, and the staff member (rude lady)who answered was extremely rude, unprofessional, and unwilling to listen. Instead of helping, she kept blaming me for something that was clearly not my fault. It honestly seemed like she had no idea how Uber Eats works.
If there are payment issues, that is between the restaurant and Uber—not the customer. Blaming customers and speaking to them disrespectfully is completely unacceptable.
Management seriously needs to step in, train their staff properly, and fix these issues. This kind of behavior drives customers away. Based on this experience, I would not recommend ordering from here at all.

We asked for the main course to be served 10–15 minutes after the appetizers, but everything arrived together. The breads (naan and garlic naan) didn’t seem freshly made, they tasted pre-cooked and just reheated. The tawa chicken was rubbery and felt more like goat meat.
On the positive side, the chilli fish and chicken soup were tasty.

What a treat to eat at Cornerview Tables. The restaurant is clean and neat as a pin inside. The staff are hard-working and very helpful. The menu is extensive from pizza to pad Thai to bubble tea. We had the chicken pad Thai lightly spicy and it was fantastic. Cooked perfectly with so much flavor and just the right amount of spice. They’ll spice it up however you want. Lots of tables and parking. Convenient location. The owner George oversees the whole operation including cooking and we’ll be back soon to try their famous stuffed crust pizza.

Me and my Husband ordered dinner from here and it was very delicious. Staff were nice however took awhile to be greeted as they were all in the back talking to awhile for almost 10 minutes. Definitely love the food and will order again!!

My partner and I were so happy to discover this new East Indian restaurant. Food was flavourful, hot, delicious and fresh. Amazing quality, good portions and shockingly decent prices.
We had a chicken tikka sizzler, palak paneer, cheese naan, garlic naan, rice and veg pekoras to start. We were already well into devouring our main dishes when the photo was taken!
Wait staff are friendly and helpful.
Atmosphere is calm and the restaurant is clean and has comfy private booths and some tables for larger parties.
I am from Montreal and have dined at Indian restaurants for many years all over Canada, and I can honestly say this is probably the best one I’ve tried yet, right here in the small city of Selkirk, Manitoba!
