I ordered noodles from this restaurant and was really disappointed. After eating some, I noticed there was a bug (looked like a cockroach) mixed in with the food. It was disgusting and completely unacceptable. I stopped eating immediately and contacted the restaurant, but the experience already ruined my meal.

I hope management takes this seriously and improves their food safety and cleanliness because this should never happen. I also plan to report this to the San Bernardino County Health Department for inspection.

For the price and food – everything is a 10/10. Service is so kind and direct. My family (my parents, my two younger siblings, and I) have come to really enjoy visiting Red Chilli to grab a family dinner. We purposely order more for food the upcoming week too when the schedule becomes busy.

Our favorites are the following:
R60 house Special Chow Mein
R29 Spicy Stewed fish with boiled vegetables
R11 Shredded pork in spicy garlic sauce
42 Mongolian beef

For those who love spicy foods, depending on whether you are one who eats the peppers or not, take your choice and prepare for a journey! All the foods that have been made have a flavor that catches something reminiscent of home.

Service is incredibly kind, attentive, and family oriented. The ambiance is warm.
I’m attending school around the area, and I can’t wait come many more times! God bless you all.

First time here and everything was great! Service was quick, the restaurant was clean and orderly. Food was awesome! We got the vegetable chow mein, veg fried rice, orange chicken and Singapore rice noodles. Delicious and huge portions!

A gem hidden in a strip mall. My wife and I were greeted as soon as we entered. We ordered egg rolls, fried shrimp, vegetable fried rice, egg foo young, orange chicken bowl and fried fish everything was top notch and another of food we wanted to try a lot have a lot of left overs. It is a very good place we will be back. It’s very close to Loma Linda hospital

The food is amazing! This place really surprised me as there’s not too many Asian spots out here in Redlands, and the ones that are here lack quality. We got the dinner combo B, which feeds up to 4 people. It was just two of us, so there’s plenty of leftovers. We are definitely going back soon as it was delicious.

I ordered the salt and pepper shrimp. I prefer squid. This place made the best food I’ve had in a very long time. I travel for work and try to find salt and pepper squid. Very few places make it. Even less make it well. I will be back maybe every other day while I’m in town

This place got some legit real Sichuan style Chinese food! They have one side of menu for American style Chinese food, and the other side for Sichuan Chinese style. I love the mapo tofu, which was my favorite dish, and I also loved the spicy stewed fish dish!!! I like the numbing and the kick from the Chinese black peppers.

Update on 01/05/25
Under new management from January 2025. And still to me, the best Asian restaurant near Loma Linda & in Redlands so far! Even though, on our last visit the tastes of our regular orders tasted a little different (I doubt if there’s a new chef or not!). Also, the service potions became less compared to the price. Overall they are still the best to me & family and I hope they will remain so. I’ll update my review after few more visits & within few months.

The best Asian restaurant near Loma Linda & in Redlands so far! Compare to the price the serving portion is more with awesome taste! If you want to taste the closest to Chinese (Sichuan) & Thai dishes, you need to try here. Excellent service. I am Asian & from Indian sub continent and we know authentic asian tastes & spices. I and my family explore food places and love dining different restaurants & specially try out Eastern Asian foods. There are costly and also inexpensive restaurants & their order portion & tastes differ on the price. But surprisingly Red Chilli beat them all!
Yes! Bigger portion with tastiest dishes with less price. Believe me & just try once. You won’t regrate. Even after the pandemic they are holding that standard. Now, they opened the dine in beside take away. *Their Mongolian Beef is a must try!

Great food, big portions, reasonable prices—what else could you need from a restaurant? The presence of many Chinese patrons suggests that the food is authentic, or at least as authentic as it can be for a Chinese-American restaurant.

The Orange Beef and Kung Pao Beef were both delicious! The Orange Beef was similar to Panda Express’ Beijing Beef, only better, and more tender.

Second visit was very disappointing. I received my food about 15 min before the rest of my party. Service was very slow. The food was warm not hot. The Kung pao had too much ginger. It wasn’t good. Servers were polite and friendly. Not sure if I will go back.
