My experience at this restaurant had both positive and negative aspects. The major drawback was the excessive waiting time of one hour for our sushi order to be served. Additionally, the lack of transparency regarding pricing was disappointing, as we were informed that uneaten pieces would cost $2 each. Despite these issues, the sushi itself was of good quality and tasted delicious. However, this restaurant should address the waiting time and improve transparency about additional charges to enhance the overall dining experience for customers.

I have been curious about Red Buffalo steak House for a while and intrigued when I saw it offered vouchers on GoSawa (and other platforms too!)
I finally ordered a couple offers and tried the restaurant with my family on a Sunday
We were greeted by who I believe is the manager
My first surprise : a steak house a la Americaine with a ‘oud player performing in front of me and a sushi menu on the wall
The ‘oud player passes, who said that entertainment should follow the theme of a restaurant? But the sushi menu was definitely out of place for sure
Our table we was dirty but they cleaned it pretty fast while we were sitting (why not ?)
The voucher I purchased imposed specific items:
– 2 Duo Steak formulas (includes a bottle of wine)
– 2 Chicken formulas (basically any chicken platter in their menu; includes a cup of wine each)
The service started with a plate of carrots followed by a bread basket with butter which I personally enjoyed
The chicken formulas we chose were:
– grilled chicken breasts
– Chicken kiev
(The duo formula is a plate with both a grilled steak and a grilled chicken)
Fries and vegetables were included in all the platters
The presentation of the plates were nice, the chicken Kiev looked delicious! It was indeed enjoyed very much
The major issue we faced was being served 2 plates (the grilled chicken and one duo steak) with a long strand of hair in each… we had the plates returned and they brought us new ones, glad they handled that professionally at least
I enjoyed the steak and the grilled chicken, and I loved the steak sauce they served.
On a whole, the experience was average
We went there expecting a fancy western steak house but the actual ambience of the place is that of a regular Lebanese restaurant
The place is facing a major identity crisis as well : is it a steak restaurant? Lebanese? Italian with a sprinkle of Asian? I don’t know!
The prices are phenomenal for what was actually served
Honestly I’m not sure if I would go back
Again …

Unfortunately, my experience was bad.
We tried the Fajita chicken, it was OK, nothing special to mention; it was served without guacamole with 4 pieces of small bread only (usually we receive 6).
We asked for a Rib Eye which should be 400g as advised by the waiter and it should be tender.
You can see the pictures how is the shape of the ribeye and the thickness.
It should be medium, we receive it part medium rare and part medium well. it was chewy a lot and not tasty at all although the price of this course was not cheap at all.

By far the worst place to get a steak in Lebanon. I should have known when I first saw the menu, the options were all over the place. Sushi, Mexican, steak, curry and pasta! Let’s start with the appetizers, you’re better off purchasing from a box at a supermarket these were clearly not made in house. The food quality is that of what you would find in a local school cafeteria. Firstly during our order my friend ordered the mixed grill for two, the waiter decided to make his own decision and bring something completely different. My friend loves food so he said it’s ok I will eat it just make sure the bill reflects the different meal. Now comes my meal, I’m not sure what cattle farm they are importing from but it is clearly not a top grade. The meat resembled more of a bubble gum consistency with how much I had to chew. Unable to break the steak down with my teeth I reverted to spitting it out into a napkin. The only enjoyable aspect of this entire experience was the company (which I brought) and the whine which helped dead-in my taste buds. Oh that reminds me the steak was not seasoned at all, who does that? They relied on the sauce to steal the show. I’m an American from the great State of Texas also known as cattle country and meat is a big deal to us. I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied with everything about this place.
Do NOT recommend unless you have no other option. This include military rations at least those have flavor.

WORST Experience! The food was horrible! Meat not seasoned and chewy, the vegetables were raw and the chicken was horribly undercooked with BLOOD in it also chewy and disgusting. The mixed appetizer was potato wedges with garlic the one i can make at home! The food was cold! We complained but the owner didn’t care. Whatever he advertises for is not true and all lies. IMPOSTERS.

Good choice for couples seeking a tasty dinner, with dim lights, away from the city. The price is above average but the portions are generous!

A cozy place for a steak and wine dinner, especially in the witner where a middle chimney is on.

What a downgrade! Red buffalo was one of our fav places to go to! We went there at villa something the new location and it was the worst experience ever! They said that if it’s your birthday you either get your plate for free or you get a cake and 20% discount on your plate! None of that happened! Alsoo i asked the waiter for the best steak they have and he gave me the name of the rib eye the most expensive one on the menu! Ma btetekal! I chewed it and threw it! Waste of money and time to go there! And the atmosphere in the new location is very bad! L hitan badoun dhen! (W tondif! I was sitting next to a small kerteylee on the wall!) not to forget the spiderwebs! I was shocked that red buffalo became like this! And when we complained to the waiter and to the floor manager on the food! none did anything! What a shame!
Oh and when you finish eating you have to call the waiter 7 times for him to remove the dirty plates in front of you!
