I had a very disappointing experience at this establishment. The prices are outrageous for the quality of food offered. The pizza size was ridiculously small—maybe it was the size before it was cooked? The Caesar salad, priced at $9, was nothing more than iceberg lettuce with some wontons thrown in. Overall, it was terrible.
Honestly, I feel I should demand a refund or dispute the charges with my bank. Do NOT spend your money here!

Don’t know what happened to this location, they used to make really good thin crust pizza.
Now when you order you get an undercooked, raw dough, crumbly mess.
For the price its not worth it, you’re better off going to Fatburger or even the cafe that has pre-made sandwiches.

The person was sitting at a desk when we walked up and acted like he didn’t see us. Another employee came from the back and told him to wait on us. He made our salads and left half of the ingredients out. The salads are usually very good but it was mostly lettuce. The employee was just lazy.

We should have read the reviews before we ordered from here. WTH was with the powdered white substance on the bottom (see pic). My wife and I stopped by last minute after the Jason Aldean concert. They didn’t have any more chicken so we were forced to order ‘The Works’ (all salty meats). It took forever bc no one was calling out names/order #’s and just stacking the cooked pizzas on top of one another. Absolutely THE WORST pizza we’ve ever had. The powdery crust was nauseating. We both had one slice and threw the rest in the trash.

We didn’t eat here because of the bad reviews. Thanks everyone for sharing! We stayed here over the 4th and it was right by our elevators. The smell of burnt crust was constant every time we walked by. One day I saw a heavy set guy prepping by himself, trying to get everything ready. Felt bad for him trying to do it all on his own. I’m surprised the Riverside Resort lets it continue like this. The guests of the casino and hotel deserve better.

The employees are careless bad attitude & overly dramatic.The manager never answers his phone and has a sign that says text this number if you want to apply which explains the careless attitude of the employees Two ppl in line and no employees are there except the girl from their other store who is just starring at us while playing on her phone 3 minutes later two ppl came back and started making food didn’t wash their hands at all put on one glove to make a pizza. The guy with the blonde hair will tell you the Manager doesn’t care and that he tells him to tell ppl when their food is burnt its just from the flour in the oven. Another employee cut off the burnt stuff on the bottom and left it in the box that is not flour that’s from a dirty oven this place needs to get it together.

The Hispanic women was so rude I just walked away. She just tossed the womens pizza in front of me. And I asked where’s your smile and she walked away.RUDE….This was March 12th at 1pm.

I would give it zero Stars if it was possible. The pizza looked nothing like these pictures. Only got it the pizza was so small I can’t believe what I had to pay for it then we brought it back up to our room and it was some of the worst tasting pizza I’ve ever had in my entire life! And I’ve traveled all over the Western and central USA. The crust was as thin as a dollar bill but was worse is it tasted like an entire container of salt had been Ford over the pizza. It was so bad I couldn’t even eat it! The kid working at the counter lacked any skills in customer service. My husband paid $11 for a salad and it wasn’t even fresh. I would never ever go there again and I highly recommend any of you thinking about it to change your mind.

I should have read the reviews before I ordered. Big mistake. This is the worst pizza I’ve ever had. The crust is flat like cardboard. Too salty and oily. No flavor other than salt. $17 for a horrible horrible pizza. It’s a pizza crime.
