On my first visit at this restaurant, I didn’t know what to order and my waitress recommended the “Cuban Sandwich”
Let me tell you, it’s delicious and big enough for a hungry man. Also, price is fair and the atmosphere is very enjoyable.

Had a great lunch at the Red Brick cafe. My buddy had the breakfast wrap and I had the roast beef poor boy which came with fries. Excellent job on both meals. Tons of roast beef on the poor boy and those fries may be the best I have had in Louisiana!

On the Madisonville riverfront, Abita Roasting Co is a popular choice. But don’t overlook Red Brick Cafe, just a couple of blocks and an easy walk from the riverfront. Fresh atmosphere with indoor and al fresco dining. For weekend breakfast, we enjoyed Bananas Foster Belgian Waffle (forgot to take a pic) and an omelette.

This was the first time my wife and I visited this restaurant. When we walked in we liked the way the restaurant looked. It had a Caribbean atmosphere. My wife had the crab meat salad. I had a Cheeseburger It was my second choice. I wanted the roast beef po boy. They ran out of roast beef. We had to pay for our food beforehand. I didn’t like that because we might have wanted to order other stuff. Our food didn’t come out at the same time. I had to wait a while before my food came out. My wife was almost finished hers when my order came out. The burger was dry. The workers were nice but not very attentive. We were really disappointed with our experience. I don’t think we will go back. Sorry.

Really enjoyed our meal at Red Brick Café! The staff was friendly and the food was delicious. The catfish was perfect and the Caesar wrap was excellent. A great little dining edition to downtown Madisonville!

It’s a small cute restaurant but the food is not. BEST FOOD IN MADISONVILLE for helthy like people. Fried food isn’t too healthy but you don’t have to get it.
Atmosphere is interesting being in such an old building. It’s very neat and clean though.
I’m coming back for sure

Quaint little cafe in Madisonville- just opened in the last 3 months. Serve a great lunch burger with fries. Staff is very friendly and courteous. If it’s as good as their first cafe in Franklinton – it will be a great success.

We finally tried this little gem and we will definitely be back. I love the atmosphere, the music, the employees, and of course the food. My husband devoured his shrimp and catfish platter, my daughter loved her fried catfish pasta, and I really enjoyed the blackened chicken cearser salad wrap. And the coconut cake was delicious. So glad we have a new little spot to have dinner.
