We have always heard good things about Redbox car, but we’ve never gotten the chance to try it until this weekend. On our way to Cooke city we decided to stop for a quick bite. It was delicious! We got a ton of different things: burgers, chicken tenders, shrimp and onion rings and it was all so good and we got it pretty fast. We loved eating on the picnic tables by the river. It was a beautiful spot.

We stopped here for lunch. Things to note: CASH ONLY, but there is an ATM onsite. I did not see any indoor seating. There are Port a John restrooms that were clean. This was a cool little spot with seating outside and tables along the river. You order at the rail car, and they notify you when your food is ready. We had burgers, which were good. Our friends had milkshakes, which they said were really good.

Can’t believe this was still here after all this time. Feels nostalgic because I got ice cream here when I was very young. 2 scoops of Cotton Candy ice cream was $5.75…it was delicious! Its such an amazing spot along Rock Creek!!

Cute counter serve no frills place with beautiful outdoor seating (by the creek!) And DELICIOUS burgers! Even the veggie burger sooooo good! The fries are legit here CASH ONLY (but they have an atm)

Loved the atmosphere, right by the creek. The burger was tasty, high quality meat with just the right amount of sauce. Fries were great. Had soft serve, I admit I didn’t love the vanilla, it wasn’t Foster Freeze:) The chocolate was awesome though and tasted like Wendys used to. Two things to be aware of, it’s cash only no credit cards and there is no inside dining.

Nice little stop right next to Rock Creek. The portions could be a little better for the price. All in all, great experience. Food was delicious, milkshakes were on point. Would definitely recommend.

Stopped in for a simple quick bite. Ordered chicken nuggets and tater tots. Waited about 5 or so minutes. Food arrived it was FRESH and hot!

We have been coming here for 25 years. Love the setting by ths creek. Kind of disappointing tho, as the prices just keep going up, like everything else does, but there is no maintenance done to this place. They used to have indoor bathrooms, but now only portable toilets outside that were very full. Seems like the money must be going other places instead of maintenance foe the customers to enjoy.

It’s fine if you need fried food that your kids will like. Located in Red Lodge as you head to the mountains, it’s your last stop for food/milkshakes. Located right next to Rock Creek, location is good.

Ok place. Customer service wasn’t bad… but also not great. Food was just OK. We had a large group and mostly went with 6 orders of fry-bread tacos
Note: this is a CASH only establishment, but they do have an on-site ATM (for a tiny place, out on the edge of this little town, it seemed a little odd ♀️). Tables in the back right along the creek. That part was very pleasant.
Do I recommend this place, eh not really, but for ok food a beautiful view, sure. Check it out. I thought the prices were OK just wish the food was better (and that customer focus perhaps a little improved)
