To the reviewer who said spring rolls are ‘to die for’, thank you! EVERYTHING was delicious!! Had spring rolls, romance roll, wonton egg drop soup & Mai Tai. Fast friendly service. This lunch spot gave me a wonderful day!

Been coming for years… Food is great, service fast, and servers polite and friendly. And we are picky. Just got two orders of veggie lo mein…my husband said heck..wish you’d bought me two. It was too good… We are vegans and they work hard to get the orders right. My highest recommendation!! Thanks owners and servers at Red Bowl!! .XXOO Dianne Templeton Gardner

After reading some good reviews I decided to try this for the first time. I can’t speak to the service or the atmosphere because I had it delivered. It was a Sunday and my go to place was closed. We got the crab rangoon, which were not great. The filling was OK but the dough did not taste good , the playboy roll, which was just OK. The spring rolls, which were soggy and tasteless, an eggroll, which didn’t have very much flavor either and some Chinese donuts, which were warm, fresh and tasty. I paid almost $67 for this order and it definitely was not worth it.

We heard this chain was pretty good in other locations, so decided to try it while in Port Orange. What a mistake! We arrived at 12:30pm on a Saturday and there was only one other table with customers. We were seated promptly, but it was more than 10 mins before anyone stepped into the area and came over to see us. (We were already having the discussion about walking out at that point.) Once waited on, we ordered beverages and food at the same time. We had a very hard time understanding the waitress because she was soft spoken and had broken English. While waiting for food to arrive, we saw a small cockroach crawling across the floor. Because the floors looked reasonabley clean, we figured that was not a deal breaker…it happens at restaurants. Our food arrived quickly and was nice and hot. The bento box was pretty good and plentiful, although not all items were the best tasting Asian food we ever ate. The boneless pork spareribs entree was not that great…chewy cuts of meat with lots of fat, and the sauce was non-traditional and tolerable, with a tomato-based flavor. The clincher for us was watching the server stand behind the counter for a good 60 seconds, looking at her image in her cell phone, and picking her nose over and over. (I have a pictures to prove it!) She didn’t wash her hands after that and headed to another customer’s table. Overall…never going back to that location again. May or may not try another location that we heard good things about.

Food was very good. Fried dumplings were cooked perfect, crunchy, meaty.
Best Moo Shu Pork I’ve had. If they had put some pork in it, I would go back again. Egg roll was ok.
Had to try their Fried Dumplings again, Even better than last time. Had the Orange Chicken. A little better than average. Heavy breading, but crunchy. I don’t like yellow rice and couldn’t find the pork.
Love the dumplings, Moo Shu Pork wasn’t nearly as good. Paid extra for Pork.

Food was wonderful. I had General Tso’s Tofu. My wife had the General Tso’s Chicken. It was worth the price. We each took half home and got a second meal out of our portions. Service was friendly and prompt.

Amazing sashimi and sushi. I didn’t try anything else on the menu and so I wouldn’t recommend that. But the sushi is 5*!

2024 update: service is incredibly slow now. Presentation not the same. And staff, not quite as kind as my prior visit. And their empty dining room shows. Several to-go orders waiting, but no new dine-in, between 6 and 630 Friday night. Sad to see this place go so down hill.

Good sushi, great crew, and really good presentation too!!!!

Woman in lobby seemed genuinely pissed that she had guests to serve. Sat us at a visibly dirty table. Ordered water that was clearly not filtered. Everything the waitress put on the table she practically threw. She was incredibly rude. We both orderd a spicy dish that ended up being plain and disgusting. The beef was mostly fat and horriblely chewy, and the sushi special of the day was literally ineatable. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
