We stopped in for lunch. We started with the pretzel bites, fried shrooms and barrel bites. All three were very good. The barrel bites are different and I recommend those.
My wife and I split the cheese burger with season fries. Burger and fries were great. Especially Love the season fries. We each washed ours down with an ice cold draft Miller light. Great meal and cool little place to eat.

My friends and I travel to a different campground every month, we love to eat and experience what the locals do. Sierra gave us a warm welcome in! We ordered food and drinks. She was fast and friendly. The food all came out at different times but it was all great! We’d definitely go back. The locals in there were very nice too!

In for dinner. Service was incredibly slow. We had to ask multiple times for items. 5 of us. My dinner was not served with the rest. I finally had to walk in from the patio to ask that it be placed in a to go box when ready as everyone else was done. It appears the fryer oil might need to be changed out as the color and flavor on steak fingers was “toasty”. Have been here before and has always been good. Maybe just an off night tonight.

First time to eat here and all I can say is WOW! My wife and I had the “Texas style” Philly Cheese Steak and it was the best I have ever had by far. Cooked perfectly and full of flavor. My wife had French fries and I had onion rings and both sides were great as well. I’d say more, but go try one for yourself. We will definitely be back and if the rest of the menu is even close it will be worth it! Good cold beer selection and my wife loved her bloody Mary.

Went to Red Barrel with a couple of friends last night for had a few beers. When we got the bill it seemed very high for only a few beers. (Bill was $113) and the couple we were with bill was $103. We asked the manager if she could look over the bill and see if it was correct she just said it was correct without looking. We just ended up paying the bill, when she came back with my card and receipt, she stated the my wife and I were no longer welcome at Red Barrel. So we essentially got banned for questioning what we were paying for. According to the receipt my wife and I had a total of 19 beers, which I believe to be very inaccurate. Breaking down the receipt, they apparently charge $6 per beer. To ban someone from an establishment for just questioning the bill and wanting clarification is highly unprofessional.

This place use to be great but now they won’t wait on you. Waited 15 minutes the bartender ignored us and kept tending to everyone else. We were even seated indoors. We use to come here all the time, the food was always great but I remembered why we stopped going. The food was always great just under staffed but now they could care less if you come there. So we went across. The road to backwoods where we got waited on instantly. We will never come back to red barrel. Their loss!
