We went up to big Bear for the weekend and did not know what to expect. Ordered Uber Eats, they were fast! The food was delicious! We had a pizza, wings, and garlic bread. We still think about how tasty the food was. We live about 2 hours from Big Bear and we want to go back just for the pizza!

Sad to say I will never order from this establishment again. I have been going to this location for over 30 yrs. The customer service has changed. Such a shame. I ordered my usual for delivery told them I am going to need change because I was paying with a 100. The delivery girl showed up rude and sassy. She forgot my receipt for the total and left all her change at home. So she left I asked about my order she took it. I told her it was go going to be cold by the time she gets back with my change. She said no. It will stay kind of warm. I can warm it up in the microwave if I need to. I contacted the location, told them what was going on. There was no apology. No I’m sorry. We’ll make sure it’s hot. Nothing. As a matter of fact, the person that answered the phone was just as rude as she was. I will never go back to that establishment. They need to understand customer service is what brings in your customers, not just the food.

Honestly I completely agree the service here is terrible the people are rude and not helpful the pizza is good but the customers are seriously incoherent and at a loss for words and their minds are puzzled.The online app i ordered from was the redbaron website and yet it sent me a doordash with the completely wrong order.i asked if it was possible to do a refund and they told me to contact doordash even though I have my order number from their website.

This is the first time that I have ever bought a pizza in the Hi-desert (no lie) and I was extremely happy with what I received. I will most definitely buy again. This place has been here since I was a child and had always been great. Their pizza has a good proportion of sauce to cheese and their toppings are never scarce.
