My family and I come here often, but it’s normally during the day this time my Togo order on night shift was undercooked, not made correctly and just plain awful. Well done burger was pink, mostaciolli had barely any sauce or seasoning and when I called to rectify it I was intentionally hung up on twice I was leaving a voicemail heard the phone pick up and click the receiver, called again and rang twice and hung up on. I’ve worked in food service and understand things happen and I give ppl grace but I am so very disappointed in how this was mishandled.

We stopped in for a late breakfast, but came across their awesome lunch specials, the amount of food and the quality for the price was seriously amazing! We’ll definitely be coming back! Also thank you to our waitress Deanna (sorry if I misspelled that) she was amazing, super helpful and happily answered all of our questions!

Waiter was nice, but my moms food was under cooked and not seasoned at all. She took a bite and literally spit it out. We asked the owner if he could just charge us for her side that she ate and her drink. He said round here we charge for what you eat…..he was rude and felt unprofessional. We are not one to complain, but this food was horrible. The waiter did do a small adjustment but the total was basically the same price as the entire meal.
needless to say I won’t be back and neither will anyone else in my family.
0 starts for the broasted chicken but the waitress was great!

Came in around 7p on a Wednesday evening with a friend for some dinner. Place was fairly empty and were greeted promptly and were told to seat ourselves. Waitress came quickly, and although I didn’t catch her name, she was very pleasant and returned to check on things a few times during our meal. Drinks and food came fast, which I was not surprised by as we were one of two table. Food was hot, plentiful, and tasted goods – and was as ordered. Without a doubt I will return, not only was the service and food good, but damn they have the best fountain Mountain Dew I have had in some time.
Red Apple is definitely a place that has some history(interior is quirky but cool) and has withstood the test of time, which for a restaurant, is not easily done. If you are looking for a place that has a variety of breakfast and dinner choices, service with a smile, and prices that won’t set you back a paycheck, try out the Red Apple.

Me and my partner were insulted about our appearance by two intoxicated male customers within 2 seconds of coming through the front door. The hostess was watching it all happen, and didn’t say anything even when I went up and told her in case she didn’t see. Just shrugged. I am sure the food is fine but that was unacceptable customer service to me. Place looked clean.

The red apple is the most consistent restaurant I eat at. The menu has a wide array of food ranging from breakfast anytime two Pizza special Tuesdays in all the in-between to expect from a great American Diner. The wait staff is usually friendly and on top of their job. They’re open 24 hours a day so it is a great restaurant if you need to stop for breakfast or take the edge off that last drink you had at the bar to sober up. My family came up from Florida and they wanted to hit all of the usual big-name restaurants but I wanted to take them to Red Apple and after they ate here it was the only place that they wanted to go so to the Red Apple family thank you guys for keeping us full!

I came in 2 months ago& got a hamburger & coleslaw &it was excellent! Well,i went in today& they must of gotten a cook who CANNOT cook!I I ordered a vegetarian omelet no cheese& asked to substitute toast& hash browns for coleslaw and the waitress checked to see if it was ok& it was. I got the coleslaw & it was totally dry& not even moist( i told the waitress)& the omelet was way overcooked,brown on both sides& a browned omelet is a dry omelet & the onions looked raw,canned mushrooms& American cheese. I told them I didn’t want it as it was the worst omelet I have ever seen(and I have them often making my own). I still got charged for the driest coleslaw & they wouldn’t do anything about it. The person i was with got chicken tenders& they looked like they came frozen then fried. The quality of food is very poor! I will NEVER be going back to Red Apple again!

I always go to Red Apple my friend and I. I always order the same thing chicken wrap, fries and sometime soup. Today 8/6/25 I went in and placed a order to go the same thing chicken wrap, french fries and a iced tea; when I got home it was embarrassing why would they put pickles on top of your fries and they always slice the chicken wrap one side had only tomatoes with one tiny piece of chicken and a little of that cheese stuff and the other side had some chicken but neither side had the bacon on it. So when I called to tell them about it they did not want to compensate me after I spent almost $11.00. He asked why I didn’t bring it back, first of all gas is $3.00 a gallon and I do not live around the block and he did not offer me gas money. He trying to tell me he watched him make it, now he got jokes how he know it was mines. So this is my review!
