Stopped in for a quick dinner Friday night. The chicken parmigiana, chicken noodle soup, and mozzarella sticks were absolutely amazing! Great price for great tasting food. Will definitely be back! Our server was quick and checked in often.

The Red Apple is always busy when I go there. Normally I always eat breakfast but I tried a sandwich this evening. We ate here before going to the Little Theater in Sullivan. We were seated promptly by the hostess. Our waitress had quite a few tables but she took great care of us. It was an enjoyable meal.

This place is about as bad as it gets for Sullivan, Illinois. I recently ordered liver and onions, a country favorite in these parts, and was not impressed to say the least. It was supposed to come with two sides. I ordered the potatoes and gravy and didn’t receive either. Furthermore, I ordered wine from the menu and was told after my meal they didn’t have wine. I won’t be going back and suggest you don’t waste your time. The service was bad, food cold, menu inaccurate, and management seemed lazy and unprofessional.

Food was good. Atmosphere was what you would expect but having an invisible waitresses was not part of the plan. Once our order was placed we never saw our waitress again. She sat across the restaurant rolling silverware and sent the quiet Mexican girl over who would not talk or answer a single question. Not even a thank you at the end, we were rushed at the cash register and basically waved off. This place has so much potential to have employees like that. Vloure toast was terrible. Way to hard and over toasted.
