The food is decent, and for the most part, the service is as well. However, the cleanliness and overall atmosphere are unacceptable. As a former restaurant owner/manager, I recognize when there’s a lack of accountability, and that’s exactly what’s happening here.
I remember when this location first opened under Dave’s leadership — he ran a tight ship. The difference is noticeable.
The photos attached highlight just a few concerns from today’s visit. The front entrance may look like moisture or frost from the weather, but it’s actually grease and grime — hardly the first impression you want guests to have. There was also a washcloth stuffed into a hole in the wall above our table. When I pointed it out to our server, she responded, “Wow, that’s odd — I’ve honestly never noticed that.” My response was, “That’s kind of the point.” The lack of attention to detail is exactly the issue — no one seems to be noticing.
The General Manager was walking the floor confidently, but it would serve her well to slow down and truly look around. Pride in leadership should be reflected in the environment, and right now, it simply isn’t.
I truly hope management takes these concerns seriously. This location has potential, but without stronger attention to cleanliness and detail, it will continue to fall short.
Mostly because I’ve heard this is just your typical bar food establishment but pricier, and what i heard was not entirely wrong. The food is pretty common bar type food, and the prices are on the expensive side. But the service, is much better than I remember about Apple B clones
Ordered online and went with the Southwest Salad, no meat, and an order of the 10 piece Chicken Wings. Picking the Cheerleader and Asian Sesame Seed flavors. Put the pickup time for quite a bit later in the day, but everything worked out pretty well.
Picked up at the selected time and the meal was ready to go, and once back home I was totally digging the salad. Lots of spicy flavor, good amount of toppings, and crispy lettuce. Totally worth the $11. The wings on the other hand, while ok, did not blow my socks off for the $17 price tag. Seriously. You can get far better deals at more local establishments, maybe not as many flavors, but far less expensive.
But with good service and a fantastic salad, I’d still come back.
Abby was my bartender and she was very nice and helpful.
I ordered brussel sprouts and received more than i should’ve. It was good except the sprouts were burnt.
Also, order chicken tacos that were really good. Add their spicy house sauce. It had a kick but was to liquidity.
Lastly, had a cocktail that was made by Abby and she nailed it.
