This gem of a restaurant is cozy and inviting. Larger than you might think from looking at it from the outside, but when you’re inside there’s plenty of space and still quiet even with half capacity.
The food is fresh and delicious. The portions are large enough for you to take some home if you desire.
We had spring rolls, crunchy Thai peanut salad with chicken, and brussel sprout hash. The hash was excellent with perfectly prepared bacon and feta. This combined with two over easy eggs and light balsamic was quite delicious!

The food was good . I ordered tuna salad with avocado. It was okay. The portion was small compared to some of the other places. Salad was tasty and good. The employees were super and the service was great. The price was okay. The restaurant is in a nice place in downtown Rochester

First time eating here. We had apple filled French toast and Spanish omelette and both were delicious and we are to last byte.
We got sourdough bread which was $1 more (wasn’t informed!) which didn’t worth the extra dollar.
We sat outside which was good. Inside Decor is not very inviting and look a bit cheap chairs, table covers etc.
Prices were very reasonable. Service was good but a bit on slow and relax side.

I would go for Food again.

We used to really love this place, but lately, everything’s just been getting worse. We waited forever for our food to be ready. The waiter was inattentive and slow — he spilled coffee on the table and didn’t even offer to refill our drinks or bring us sauces and extra plates. The napkins were honestly dirty and smelled bad. It’s really disappointing to see that most of the waitstaff look untidy — their underwear showing above the waist of their pants, and their shoes were dirty. But they had glitter and goofy stickers on their faces.

The waiter serving us was busy and slow, and in the end, we got a check with food stains on it. All of this makes us think we won’t be coming back here again.

My wife and I ate a late lunch here on Saturday afternoon. We arrived 15 minutes before closing and told them we would order quickly and eat so they could be done. The host sat us immediately, our server was great and very polite – not pushy at all. Food came fast and was delicious too.
They entire staff could not have been nicer to us! I highly recommend this place for breakfast or lunch.

We waited for about 40 mins only to get our food!. If the restaurant is understaffed it’s understandable. But they should let us know in advance.

We dint even order anything that was complicated, just omelets and a french toast.

Some delay is ok but 40 mins for only food + 20 mins for our coffees.

When you order a coffee do not expect a fancy latte.

Recipes in Rochester Hills is an absolute hit for brunch lovers. The tuna croissant is nothing short of unbelievable—perfectly flaky, with a rich and flavorful tuna filling that left me craving more. The spinach and sprouts omelet is equally impressive, brimming with fresh mushrooms, and is the ultimate breakfast man’s dream. Every bite is a testament to the care and quality that goes into their food. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, I highly recommend stopping by Recipes for a brunch experience you won’t forget.

Great place. Godd coffee. Mouthwatering food, everything I’ve eaten here is delicious. Beautiful decor. There is free on-site parking. The restaurant has a policy of 20% of gratitud already included in the receipt, but it’s worth it for the great service. Friendly faces. Kids menu. I love hot apple cider!!! It is exquisite ✨️ ❤️

The best way to describe recipes in the morning or even at lunch is the following. It is Zen like it is quiet it’s relaxing. The weight staff is friendly. The food is good if you wanna go to a restaurant just to relax and talk to friends and eat breakfast or some Thai favorites go to recipes

Food is decent but can’t give more than three stars because I paid extra for fruit and got potatoes (which sucks because I love them but am on a restricted diet and cannot have them). The food was not bad at all, but also nothing to write home about. They put a decent amount of toppings in my omelet for sure. My bf said the home style eggs benedict was alright. Their sweet dishes may be better than savory. It’s nothing bad other than the lack of attention to detail by giving me the wrong side. I think if you want a quick decent meal it’s not a bad place but I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
