Had a fun time playing vintage games. The food was really good too. Multiple birthday parties made food a little slow but tasted good. We’ll be back on a slower day

First time here for both of us to celebrate his birthday. Definitely a great place for Stranger Things fans, or gamers. Kid and adult friendly. We didn’t eat so we couldn’t rate the food. When Victor asked about The Hellfire Club specialty drink that was advertised going into the bar he was told it was only for trivia night. So, he didn’t buy anything since they weren’t serving what they advertised, and he had a D.D for a change. That’s was why I gave a 3 star for service. There was no offer to make the drink at regular price so that was money lost which didn’t make sense to me since I would have opened a tab. There is a bar and restaurant, with 2 floors of pinball, video games, dance games, skee ball, hoops, claw games, air hockey, skee ball, and so much more.
Thought we would give our side of the river a chance. He definitely enjoyed the variety of games, music, decorations, and atmosphere.

Great fun for the family. We had a good time. We had people in our group from age 8-40. Tasty food, nice selection of grown-up drinks. There are a ton of arcade games and video games to choose from.

Great place
It gives the “neighborhood vibe”, two different times eating chicken wings and they are fantastic, specially the Jamaican jerk rub, pretzel bites are good and a five star service.

Ps: (the fried pickles are “different” ask about the sweet flavor before ordering it)

The perfect end to a Friday night! ️ Ended up at Recbar and it did not disappoint. We spent the evening hopping between pinball, ski ball, and air hockey.
Pro Tip: Grab $10 worth of tokens each player—it lasted us about 30 minutes of solid play time, which was spot on. Also, do yourself a favor come hungry the food is aboveaverage. Definitely recommend checking this spot out.

Place was very busy, lots of people enjoying themselves. Games have very little wait and low cost. Food was very good! We got the house salad and hot wings. Our group had a great time here and was definitely entertained.

We recently had our family Christmas gathering there and were so impressed by our experience.
The food was excellent , the service was welcoming and the atmosphere was nostalgic. I felt like a kid again but this time I got to drink beer.
We are definitely going back with or without the kids!

I’ve been to Recbar 812 on many occasions for many different reasons. Sometimes I will go just for a drink or two to kill some time. Sometimes I’ll go with friends to play games. I’ve been to their trivia night a few times as well. It’s always a quality experience. The food is fine, but I doubt that’s most folks’ main motivation for coming. One goes to Recbar for the vibes. With a truly outstanding selection of arcade cabinets, both new and old, and a general attitude of nerdy nostalgia, Recbar 812 is a space that I’m very glad exists in my town.

I want to be fair here, because the food itself was fine. That said, for a dine-in experience, it was surprising to be served on paper plates with drinks in plastic cups, especially at these prices. $12 for wings, $15 for burgers, and $5 for a soft drink sets an expectation of basic tableware and service.

It felt more like a picnic setup than a sit-down meal, which was disappointing given the cost. I understand restaurants are dealing with rising expenses, but that tradeoff should be reflected in pricing or the overall experience.

Unfortunately, that disconnect means I probably won’t be back.

Budget friendly, fun atmosphere and delicious food! This is my first time at this location and I was not disappointed. Try the buffalo wings when you go if it is your first time and don’t know what to pick
