I can’t believe I haven’t written a review here, it’s really my favorite place in the area. My husband and I love the food and wine….so many favorites it’s hard to pick one the crudo, the burger night, the charcuterie all amazing. Can’t forget the truffle potato chips Mmmm. The wines and the knowledge of Chad and staff is superb. We love the wine classes on Tuesday nights whenever we can make them too. The owners are fantastic and we love Rebellion Beachside too. All they touch=GOLD. We really can’t say enough good things.

The talented Chef showcased his culinary skills with delicious food that not only tasted amazing but also had a wonderful presentation. The exclusive wine selection added an extra layer of sophistication to the meal. Michelle, as always, is such a great host and always ready to recommend wines. I know that many people are not so familiar with wines but Michelle will make sure you get what you like. I highly recommend this spot for any occasion. One of a kind restaurants in our area!

Excellent local spot impressively, curated, wine selection. Initially, I thought the large selection of orange wines involved the fruit somehow, but our waiter explains that it is still a well-known grape wine, but the name simply comes from the color. The dining experience is classic tapas, with lots of shareable small plates. The selection is fantastic and pairs very well with the wines.

We need more of these little gem spots around Brevard! The staff at rebellion wine bar are so knowledgeable about the natural wines and have given us such amazing wine recommendations both times we’ve eaten here. While the menu is relatively small, we still haven’t tried everything on it!
So far we have loved the truffle potato chips and dip, the bacon sandwich and the Italian sandwich. Both desserts we had were incredible and I don’t even remember what they were called- one was chocolate… lol we had a lot of wine. Plus an amazing cheese and meat selection.
The atmosphere is cozy and inviting. We even came here with our 1 year old right when they opened and even though they don’t have high chairs the waiter was so kind and patient with us. Luckily it was only us for most of the time lol.
They are open late and it is a great place to get lost in the conversation and good times!

Had a great dinner and drinks with here with friends. A bit expensive but definitely great food and excellent wine. We had a bottle of orange wine that was incredible. All the food (appetizers, grilled cheese, and desserts) were perfect. The bacon in the bacon grilled cheese was so delicious. Definitely recommend.

Rebellion has, hands down, rocketed to the top of our list of favorite places in Florida, let alone Brevard. Chef Joe is a national treasure and will assemble dishes that may actually bring you to tears (of joy). Furthermore, Michelle and the rest of the staff curate a phenomenal selection of very interesting and hard to find natural wines that pair splendidly with their menu options or are equally delicious to enjoy on their own. The atmosphere is as laid back as the beach itself, but very comfortable, intimate, and perfect for a date night or outing with friends. This visit, we enjoyed the life-changing Rebellion Burger, Truffle Chips, Crudo (this week, it was cuts of salmon with a chimichurri sauce), Beef Carpaccio, and their chocolate Pot de Crème. Here’s hoping they stick around for many years to come!

This place is AMAZING! Everything from their charcuterie boards to their wines tastes divine! Their knowledge of wine and food really shows. Food is always cooked to perfection and their desserts are decadent. You HAVE to try the pot de creme…delicious!
The environment is perfect as well. Soft playing music, low lights and beautiful decor!

We had an absolutely amazing experience at the Rebellion Wine Bar in Cocoa Village. The service was fantastic as well as the food offerings. Wednesday is burger night featuring Crydermans Meat Market burgers. They have events such as a wine walk the last Wednesday of the month and wine pairing dinners. We are already planning our next visit. It’s such a great intimate date night spot.

We really cant say enough amazing things about this hidden gem in downtown Cocoa.
We are a local Photo and Video company stationed in Brevard and were brought on by the owners Joe and Michelle to take photos of their establishment and the services they offer. The words ‘wow’ and ‘delicious’ quickly became our main vocabulary during our session with Rebellion to say the least.
Immediately we were struck by how relaxed and inviting the atmosphere is. The warm, intimate lighting complements the hospitality and kindness of the staff. They’ve really outdone themselves on the presentation, which brings me to the next point and the main attraction of Rebellion, the wine and food.
The hand picked selection of wines (each from different regions of the world) is amazing in itself, and with the help of the knowledgeable staff, making a choice was a breeze. As with the wine, the same goes for the food choices. With an eye for quality ingredients, breads and choice cuts of meats/cheeses, along with the presentation of each plate, you can easily say that Rebellion strives to “Rebel” from the rest.
So if you are in need of a unique dining experience that will leave you wanting more, we highly recommend a visit to Rebellion Wine Bar.
