Absolutely love this place! I’ve been here multiple times and every single time, it never disappoints. The staff is always friendly and provides excellent customer service they really make you feel welcome. The food? Deliciousssssss! I’m obsessed with the burritos and the carne asada fries. Both are packed with flavor and always hit the spot. And to top it all off, you can’t go wrong with a classic horchata or a cold Pepsi to wash it all down. Highly recommend if you’re craving something satisfying and flavorful. Consistently great food and service!

The hard shell potato taco is a standout—crispy, flavorful, and satisfying. The veggie fajita taco is exactly what you’d expect: a generous mix of fresh vegetables. It’s a good option if you’re avoiding meat, but it didn’t quite hit the spot for me flavor-wise. If I got it again I’d just douse it in the avocado sauce. That stuffs amazing.
The chipotle chicken burrito is absolutely delicious. It never misses. We keep coming back every time we’re in town to Rebel Tacos for the authentic taste and the lively atmosphere of the mall setting. Service is quick, and the staff is friendly, making it a reliable spot for a tasty, easy meal.

I would like to first say that this place is located in a local shopping mall here in Temecula. I have never seen “Food Court” food of this quality;
Especially since I had it delivered. I like to take “As Delivered Photos” so the first few are going to be those.
Thoughts as delivered:
Well, I will first say that I was impressed with the Chips and Salsa as delivered. I have never seen someone take the time to put a wax paper seal over the salsa so it won’t leak onto the chips. Well done! I used to hate delivering Chili’s Black Beans. Trust me, those in your bag test your tongue when you clean it!! Anyhow, the second photo is after I pulled the lid off to this lovely mild Green Salsa. This isn’t hot at all so if you want that, you may need to ask!
The next four photos are also as delivered with condiments. I appreciated the fact that I asked for extras so that I could taste them all. I was looking at not only a Taco, but a Burrito too! Kind of important if you like some heat and flavor added!
The remaining four photos are as I plated it to try to give you an idea of what the Chipotle Chicken Burrito looked like and the taco as well. I didn’t add any sauce to any of the photos as I figured that is up to you. I wasn’t a fan at first of the Green Sauce for Burrito. Oh MY! You add this stuff and the flavor of the burrito explodes!! Highly recommend using what they provided! I tried with just the sauce and still added their hot sauce. The food quality was great and well worth the wait! I have seen some people lined up here to order food the several times that I have visited this food court at the Temecula mall. I have ordered pizza at the restaurant next to it, and that was OK. Let’s face it, this is a food court at a mall. I came up to the counter at Rebel Tacos and ordered 2 beef tacos , rice, and beans. The lady at the counter was pleasant and got my order in quick time. I got my food…… NASTY !!! Beans were thin paste and very salty with no flavor but salt. Rice was firm with a light red sauce and again; no flavor. I could only take a few bites of the taco and I was done !!!! The meat had very little flavor and was mushy. The tortilla fell apart as soon as I picked up the taco. The meal as a whole…. in the trash; NASTY !!! A Hispanic family of 4 ordered from Rebel Taco and my wife said that the mom took one bite of her taco and put it back down into the take out box that it was packed in and they all tossed their food in the trash. I can not believe that they have a 3.6 score from people. It should be a whole lot lower. Rebel Taco…. Adios. Did I mention that the good is NASTY; not even that good !!! My wife was a bit better off with her lunch, she got the cheese steak from the next restaurant over. She did like her lunch.

Had the pleasure of dining here for a Yelp event. The carne asada fries are so delicious. Battered fries lots of meat and good flavor from the sauces. I didn’t like the corn tortillas on the taco but they had great flavor. I highly recommend the fries.

Good price and a surprisingly authentic taste. I did not expect to get this type of authenticity inside of a mall but alas, they are legit. I only wish I got more sauces without asking. Other than that, the flavor, value and price was on point.

I visited rebel tacos at the promenade Temecula mall and tried their breakfast burrito for the first time which I didn’t care for the taste of the burrito, went to return the food talked to ceaser who claimed he’s the manager, he had a bad attitude, was questioning why I didn’t like the burrito. Okay. I don’t know why the ratings/reviews are at 3.6, this place is awesome! I love the tacos, especially the hardshell ones (and I usually don’t like hardshell). The tacos have abundance of protein, meat or seafood, flavorful, and the prices are reasonable. It’s located inside the mall, so always shaded and cool. Highly recommend this place to try out.
