The moment I walked in, I was struck by how beautiful the place is. It has a fantastic, buzzing atmosphere. It’s clearly a popular spot, as there were many people studying and working on laptops. It must be near the local college because it has this perfect, energetic, yet focused vibe. Despite being busy, the ambiance was just great.
Now, let’s talk about the most important part: the coffee. It was absolutely PHENOMENAL. I’m not exaggerating. This was easily one of the best, most delicious, and smoothest cups of coffee I have had in recent memory. You can tell they are passionate about quality.
I was just looking for a quick caffeine fix and instead found my new favorite coffee shop. I will absolutely be making a special trip to come back. 10/10, 5 stars all the way. Highly recommend!
Over time the staff turned over and it’s never been the same. For a while now, the coffees have tasted like the coffee machine hasn’t been cleaned and descaled in years. The time before last I went in and ordered, the drink and the sandwich came out fine. I waited for the fries for a while… until I looked up and saw a staff member eating them while they sat in the window. I was pretty uhh surprised? confused? I assumed there had to be a misunderstanding and I didn’t want to embarrass anyone so I didn’t say anything.
Today I received a BLT with no bacon. Not few. Not lite. Not placed poorly. Literally none. I don’t even know how it’s possible to be so incompetent. I’d be shocked if I hadnt already watch these guys eat my fries a few months ago.
Also, one must clean their own tables which, fair enough I guess, but where they previously had two dish disposal areas (one on each end of the place) they’ve decided they only want to maintain one so if you’re at the back end you have to walk all your dishes up to the front.
I don’t know if it’s more laziness or incompetence but it used to be a cute place.
I tried their Maple Coffee, and it was absolutely fantastic. The maple flavor was perfectly balanced—not too sweet, but just enough to add a subtle, rich sweetness to the smooth coffee. It’s a comforting, warm drink that’s perfect for chilly mornings or anytime you’re craving something a little special.
The staff here are always friendly and knowledgeable, happy to make recommendations or customize your drink just how you like it. The seating options are great, whether you’re there for a quick grab-and-go or planning to stay for a while with your laptop or book.
Rebel Dog Coffee is definitely a gem for coffee lovers. If you’re in the area, give th Maple Coffee a try—it’s worth the visit!
