The food has potential but so salty it was burning my mouth. I tried other people’s food and it was good. Just chill on your salt hand.
Our waiter was extremely nice and attentive. The atmosphere was nice on a chilly winter day. I think you guys would do great to have more accent lights as per it was extremely dimly lit in the restaurant which is a red flag to some people.
Overall I would go back but during the day when I could see better.

Fantastic food. Everything was made fresh. Food prep was quick. Everything tastes great. Price is more than fair for service and food. Location is perfect on the east side of town. The bar is nicely stocked.

Sat. May 3, 12:30pm, if I could I’d give 0 stars. Our food was cold, waiter took 15 min to get an order he’d forgotten to turn in. People who came in after us was served before we had gotten the order he never turned in. Service and food so disappointing. We’ve ate here easily 50 times and today was terrible. The place wasn’t busy at all either. Maybe that’s a sign this place is going down hill. Yes we told them but it went thru one ear came out the other. Their loss we’ll find another Mexican restaurant that’s not owned by these people.

I love the food at Real Hacienda. It is delicious. I try not to fill up on the chips and salsa they bring out before the entrees are ready, but it takes lots of self-discipline because they are fresh and warm!!
I love that there has been some remodeling, but I am not a big fan of all the skeletal decor that was chosen. I’m sure there was a good reason for the new theme. It won’t keep me away, but it feels like a Halloween, death, or goth-like aura that doesn’t suit my liking.
