She got sent to local ER doctor diagnosed her with food poisoning she explained that she she hadn’t ate all afternoon.
stopped here for lunch and got sick 1 hour after eating here. the doctor told her his wife refused to step foot in this place on 3rd St. after finding hair in the food.
The hacienda place next to the local goodwill store on same street permanently closed due to food poisoning issues.
My daughter will never step foot in this place ever again after experiencing food poisoning issues
She reported this place to the local BOH Office

The first issue occurred when our waiter spilled an entire bowl of salsa on an 8-year-old child in our party. Accidents happen, but the staff’s response was unacceptable, they laughed about it and even called over other servers to gawk and chuckle. No apology, no offer to help, just unprofessional behavior that left us stunned.
After this incident, our server essentially disappeared for the 30 minutes we spent eating. Not once did they check on us, refill our empty drinks, or offer takeout boxes. Keep in mine it’s not very busy, maybe 7 active tables including ours. We had to get up and grab boxes ourselves. When the server finally reappeared—after we had already packed up and were ready to ask for our checks—I politely expressed our dissatisfaction, pointing out that every drink on the table was empty. Their response? Offering to-go drinks, completely missing the point that we wanted service during our meal. The server then muttered something under their breath and walked away, never returning.
At the front desk, we again raised our concerns about the lack of service and the salsa incident. The cashier’s response was dismissive: “Oh yeah, I know, sorry,” followed by asking for our payment. No attempt to address our concerns or make things right. The same thing happened when the family with the child reiterated their frustration—met with indifference and a request for payment.
We paid full price for our meals, but the complete lack of service and accountability was unacceptable. For the first time, I felt compelled to leave no tip, as the service wasn’t just bad…it was nonexistent. I won’t be returning to this place or any associated restaurants. While the food was good, the staff’s behavior and disregard for customers made this a truly disappointing experience.
