I went with a big group, around nine people, and this was the place with the shortest wait time. It’s very crowded, especially on a Sunday morning, and it gets very loud. There isn’t much to say: you basically get what you pay for, the food isn’t the best quality but it’s very cheap, which is nice. The eggs and potatoes were great, but the pancakes were just okay.

Reagan’s House of Pancakes – A Sweet Start to the Morning

My wife, our 3-year-old, and I stopped in for some breakfast buffet action at Reagan’s House of Pancakes. It’s a smaller place, but we walked right in with no wait. As someone with a cooking and chef background, I always keep an eye on cleanliness and kitchen flow—and this place looked clean and well-kept.

Funny moment right off the bat: I entered from the side and saw some kitchen staff out back feeding a group of geese and goslings with food scraps. The birds were thrilled, and while it raised a small flag in my mind about sanitation (just out of habit from my background), it wasn’t like they were touching the birds and then heading back to the line—it seemed harmless.

As for the food itself, the buffet was surprisingly fresh for a setup like this. The French toast and pancakes were definitely the stars—soft, warm, and sweet. The sausage gravy tasted a bit canned, but everything else held up well. My 3-year-old ate for free, which was a nice bonus and always appreciated by parents.

The service was fast, friendly, and to the point—exactly what you want in a breakfast rush. Our bill for two adults came out to just under $50, which is on the higher end for breakfast, especially for a buffet. So if you’ve got a big family, you might want to shop around a bit in town. But if you’re in the mood for sweet, classic breakfast favorites, Reagan’s is definitely worth a visit.

It looked crowded when we got there but the wait was quick. It was run very efficiently with all the ladies working well together to keep things moving.
Food was great with a lot of options.

The food was good. The sausage gravy was lacking sausage. It was more like a white gravy but still very good. The biscuits were some of the best we have ever had. Pillowy and soft. The sausage and pancakes were also very good. The buffet was stocked and hot. The service and atmosphere were very good.

As a vacation rental company in the Smokies, we’re constantly asked for good breakfast recommendations, and Reagan’s House of Pancakes is one of my personal go-to spots.

The buffet is great and incredibly convenient — especially for families or groups that want variety and don’t want to wait forever. Everything is fresh, service is quick, and it’s an easy, stress-free way to start the day before heading out to explore.

A breakfast staple we confidently recommend to our guests.

My wife and I came here for brunch. The service was excellent! We ordered from the menu and opted out of the buffet even though it was a great deal. After ordering, we received our food very quickly. Everything was correct and tasted fantastic. If you’re looking for pancakes in the Pigeon Forge area, look no further.

This pancake house closes promptly every day at 12:30. We finally were able to get here early enough and was surprised by the breakfast bar. My littlest got to eat for free and i had the carmel pecan pancakes with my oldest. Beautiful wood interior and a small gift shop awaits you here and the staff was sweet

Never heard of Reagan’s before. Was leaving the area and wanted to get breakfast. We were seated quickly, got our drinks promptly and our order taken. Most people seem to purchase the buffet. Our order came quickly and was cooked exactly as we wanted which was great. My wife’s eggs were cooked exactly as requested. I had a sausage/cheese omelette which was large and very good. Our pancakes were great! I’d go back for sure. It was a very popular place.
