The food here was really better than I was expecting. We will definitely be back in the future. Bryley was our waitress and was so friendly and polite. I got bacon instead of the sausage I ordered, but i suppose they knew best because it was delicious. I didn’t even say anything. The omelets are huge, biscuits were flaky and delicious, and the blueberry pancakes were out of this world. The only bad thing I can say was the lady that rang us out was a little snarky for some reason. This place is a must for anyone in town.

The place was packed when we got there with people even waiting outside but when we walked in the nice hostess took our names and told us it would only be about a 10 minute wait. We thought no way, look at all of these people! But nope, sure enough we were seated within 10 minutes. They were calling people back so fast, they’ve really got it going on. Other pancake houses we’ve been to up here have such long wait times for breakfast so this was nice. We did the buffet and it was delicious. Food made from scratch, fresh & hot. For 2 adults and 1 child plus drinks it was $42. Not bad! Make sure to pay with cash though if you can because they do charge a small fee if you pay with card. Our waitress was awesome too. Will be back!

Southern style country breakfast buffet for around $14. It features 2 island bars included in the buffet price. The first bar is all your breakfast favorites like bacon, eggs, gravy, biscuits, pancakes, etc. The second bar is loaded with fresh produce and a variety of pancake toppings. The seating is fast and the bar is replenished often. You could encounter a small line at the bar, so be patient.

This place was suggested to us because of their breakfast buffet. We had a group of 11, but we were able to be seated rather quickly. I chose the steak and eggs, but most of us got the buffet. Everyone said it was pretty good. My steak and eggs were also good. Service was great.

Amazing! Loved this Pigeon Forge restaurant. We went at 8:30 and was seated immediately. Buffet breakfast was awesome, fresh and hot! I’m gluten-free and it was super easy to find a great selection of items to enjoy (thank you!).

Found a coupon for Regan’s in one of the local coupon books, and so glad we tried. We opted no to do the buffet, and ordered off the menu. The omelets were huge, and it also came with three large pancakes. We ended up taking leftovers with us. Highly recommend this place for breakfast.

OMG! Yes!!! You want these pancakes and biscuits and gravy! Seriously, some of the best breakfast food I have had in a while. Biscuits are scratch made (you can tell) light and fluffy and buttery. Pancakes are thick but crispy edges, the best. Sausage was spicy but not too spicy. Eggs we good but how can they stand out with all this other amazingness! I crumbled a sausage patty and added to the gravy to make it better. For reference we did NOT get buffet, as we think buffets are typically sketchy and never reflect the best of any place. Don’t wait for hours others places. Our wait was 15 minutes at 10:45a. (I am not an early bird.). Enjoy!

Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Food was delicious and a great deal I got the buffet for 12.49 there was a great selection and everything tasted fresh. I highly recommend the biscuits and gravy the biscuits were perfect. MY husband had the Reagan sandwich loved it and is planning to get the ingredients to make his own version at home as well. It is very busy so arrive a little earlier wait times didn’t exceed 15 to 20 minutes while we were there.
