Very underrated. My wife and I loved to eat here (when we didn’t have the kids). Never a problem being seated. The place is mostly empty all the time. Which is a shame because the food is GREAT! I hope Cheyenne doesn’t let this place go under!

This was undoubtedly the worst sushi I’ve ever had in my life. I thought that since similar establishments over the hill in Laramie are enjoyable that Cheyenne would be similar; my coworkers and I were terribly mistaken, but I guess you can’t expect much when ordering seafood in Wyoming. The tuna roll tasted old and rotten, and I’m pretty sure that the salmon made one of my coworkers sick. The food wasn’t presented very well either.

I am visiting cheyenne this week. I almost made the mistake of going to taco johns. Instead I chose this well laid out place. Great atmosphere. Good food. The owner put a lot of extra thought and love into this place. Washing your hands before the meal is fun because the sink and faucet are awesome. I want to incorporate the same sink in my house.

Food was pretty good, but was probably not as good as previous reviews would indicate. Food is solid, but nothing amazing. Thought it was more of a Thai place, but the menu was predominately Chinese aside from the sushi menu. Not a bad place to go for some Asian food when in Cheyenne.

Cheyenne isn’t really a great place to find great sushi. Nice atmosphere, food is decent. I’ve had old/fishy eel which kind of turned me off of this restaurant.

I have been going to this establishment since it opened. I love the fact that they have the bar so if you go alone it’s not awkward. The sushi chef is always plesant. The own has always gone out of her way to accommodate me and my time retains ie over my lunch hour. Plus the sushi is the best in town.

This evening my family and a couple friends decided to have dinner at Reona’s Sushi & Thai Cusine Downtown. We have eaten there a couple times before with no issues, but tonight we seriously experienced the worst customer service ever. Upon arrival we were seated beside a large group of people who were finishing up their meal & across from us were two dirty, but vacant tables. The server who also seated us took 10 mins to come back for our drink order during the drink order we ordered our appetizer as well as food. Well our entrees made it out but still no drinks.. Then finally we received our drinks and had to wait for our appetizers. Well we finished our entrees and assumed they forgot about the appetizers. Nope they brought those out after we finished eating! Not to mention the people beside us had left and the two booths in front of us had still not been cleaned. So I asked for the manager or owner on duty. After waiting on the manager our young server said “you will have to go to the sushi bar to speak with her, she can’t come to you”. I almost blew my gasket there, but I let him know that I will not go to her, I am the customer and she is to serve me at my request not the opposite. He informs her; “which is in my view”, so I wait another 10 mins or so. Nope, no manager.. Well he comes back and says she can’t come to you, tell me what I did wrong. I explained to the boy that it was not his service but the overall quality of the service as well as cleanliness of the restaurant. He began his plate of excuses about how they one have 2 servers and one kitchen person plus the manager. I explained The issues behind the wall are not the customers problems. All we know is we are paying ya’ll our hard earned money and can’t even get our food in the correct order. So, explain to your manager that she will take time to come speak to me or I will not be paying this bill. Guess what 10 mins go by, & No manager! So i went and told him if she does not come right now I’m leaving. He went to tell her and I hear her say “what does she want? I’m not going over there” At that moment I was livid. So, I go get my children out of the restroom to leave & but VIOLA!! There is finally a manager at my table asking what’s wrong. She was rude and disrespectful… She didn’t show a bit of concern & Literally Blamed us for our food coming “out of order” She straight up said she didn’t care if we didn’t come back ever again. We even tried speaking to her before we walked out and she ignored us! No apology nothing! Needless to say that I would not recommend anyone to ever step foot in that place. I have not been treated so badly by a resturants representative ever in my life! Oh and we ended up paying for everything except the appetizers.

I was initially impressed by walking into Re-O-na. It is a nice Restaurant. The selection was large and interesting. This turned out to be a bad thing. I think Re-O-na ended up trying to be too much instead of focusing on being a specific food, it got to general.

The Sushi isn’t good, the Thai isn’t good. They just need to Focus.

This place was highly recommended from a local…. Worst thai food I’ve ever had. Lots of undercooked noodles, barely any veggies or meat. Didn’t have much flavor. no one at my table finished even half the food. Barf.

BEJO Sushi bar and Asian cuisine.
Spider roll smelled like garbage. California roll was missing half of what’s in an expected California roll.
Wait staff was nice, restaurant was cold.
