Went in for the first time for lunch. I apologize for all the words below but I wanted to be as fair and detailed as possible.
Front Service – The server/cashier was nice considering I got to-go and she hand delivered to the table I was waiting at anyway. I knocked off some points for service, though, based on my food review below.
Atmosphere – The interior was clean and smelled clean – which was nice. They had a nice amount of indoor seating for a to-go place. I’m glad I could wait there while I ordered.
Food/Kitchen Service – Ordered a chicken bacon ranch wrap for $8.50 and a fountain soda – it came with a small bag of lays potato chips. Total came out to $11.92. Not bad for lunch these days. I brought it back to work to eat at my desk.
The tortilla was a simple flour tortilla with grilled chicken (not as seasoned as I would make it but it was good enough to eat), ranch, mixed shredded cheese, iceberg lettuce, tomato and bacon bits.. Part way through, though, I was rewrapping my wrap because some of it had fallen out and I found a small piece of foil in the wrap itself (not sure whether it was from a dressing lid or something else storing the products – photo included). Didn’t want to finish it after.
Its one thing to accidently get some sausage with your pepperoni or onion in your peppers. But, for my first time visiting a brand new place in town I was pretty surprised to find a non-food object in my food. Maybe if they stick around/get more established in town I may try them again, but for now I am going to stay away.

I had the Club Sub and my wife had a small Deluxe pizza. The club sandwich was delicious. I don’t know what it is, but the bread is so good. My wife was very pleased and her pizza smelled yummy. We’ve been back a second time and the Deluxe pizza is delicious. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Pizza is clearly someone’s passion. I hope they never lose their love of what they do! Easily the best pizza in Hastings. The crust is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The crust also has the bubbles we all love. The sauce is out of this world. Also ordered the burrito to try it. It’s absolutely the wet burrito we all remember. It was like walking in to a time warp I absolutely loved. The prices are fantastic! 3 full meals with drinks and an appetizer for $42!!! I can not think straight of a single thing to critique! They are amazing. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Last but not least this is the CLEANEST restaurant I have been in in a VERY long time! We will be regulars.

Wow decided to try out pizza today with some guys at work we got meat lovers and a deluxe and a couple orders of cheese bread sticks.it was cooked perfectly I absolutely loved the sauce on the pizza. Everyone was happy and liked it and the bread sticks were a big hit

This place is amazing! Although smaller than their Nashville location, the service and quality is not lacking whatsoever! There may be a longer wait time than in Nashville especially on a busy night but with them just starting up, still working out the kinks, and not to mention the adorable tiny oven, that is to be expected and understood. The staff goes above and beyond to help those who may have to wait a bit longer and everyone works as a team. The atmosphere of the place is SUPER cute! (Did someone say selfies? ) the tile and awesome neon lights really gives it an amazing vibe.
The food is amazing and highly recommend the Appitizer pizza. It’s essentially breadsticks. It’s shaped like a pizza made from their homemade pizza dough, but cut into individual breadsticks and has their homemade garlic butter and mozzarella cheese sprinkled on top. After it comes out of the oven and is cut its finished with a shake down of parm. Dunked in some ranch it is heavenly.

Food is good. No complaints there. Been here a total of 3 times now and everytime I end up waiting so much longer than i am told over the phone. First time I was told 25 minutes and ended up standing around inside 20 minutes longer. Second time, same thing. Was told 30 minutes and ended up standing around inside waiting an extra 25 minutes. Today is my 3rd time and today was told 35 to 45 minutes. I showed up at the 55 minute mark. Low and behold I still had to wait another 20 minutes.
I understand this place just opened and some folks require training. But id much rather wait at home than stand around in this place staring at my phone or the other folks waiting.
Itd be nice to see some sort of gesture, whether its a discount or something.
Repeat customers is the name of the game. Eventually this place is going to have to start taking some losses to keep customers because ive about had it being told one thing to watch something else happen.
