Phenomenal food/service/prices!❤️ The queso birria tacos – OMG!! Absolutely out of this world!! Highly recommend!! (The pics were taken after 2 visits, a month apart.)
I just wanted to add a quick update: I haven’t been able to stop in at RC Tacos for a few months, so decided to today, 12/11/25 – the food is as phenomenal as ever!! I love that I can go in, place my order, and get 3 meals from it (from leftovers), for about $30 minus tip. Hands down, the BEST, most generous, restaurant in Richland Center!

Honestly the worst “mexican” food I’ve ever had.
-No chips n salsa.
-Horchata was powdered, from a bag.
-One hot red salsa to choose from.
-Chilaquiles with a handful of chips and canned red sauce.

One of the best restaurants I have been to in a while. The food was AMAZING! Some places skimp on meat, but not here. My quesbirría tacos were literally bursting. Everything was delicious and the servers were patient and attentive. I also appreciated how the dinnerware added to the experience. Would definitely recommend you check this place out.

We had the tacos, birria, chilaquiles and chips/salsa sampler today and EVERYTHING was excellent. The service was great and then waitress was attentive and very kind. If I’m ever back here (from chicago) I’ll definitely stop here again.

I stayed at this location for lunch my last day in area. I really enjoyed this fresh and tasty meal that I go. I did order to go since I was in a hurry. I really enjoyed and would return again if in area! Everyone that was working was very nice and patient while I was deciding what to order as well.

This place is Amazing!! I was expecting a fast food situation, but what I got was a sit-down restaurant that was transformational. I had the RC Burrito. Burritos are heavy on beans and a thick tortilla. Not here! It was a Burrito like I’ve never had before. Everything was balanced and delicious! I also had a taco, which was fantastic, so I was ready to stop after half of the Burrito, but it was just too good. Even though I ate more than I should have, it didn’t sit heavy, and was so worth it! My wife thoroughly enjoyed her taco salad as well. We rounded out the experience with an order of “mini chimis”. Again, they were perfect. Just the right size that you got enough without being overwhelmed. I can’t recommend this restaurant enough!!

Yummy! I’ve only stopped by once so far, as I’ve just found out about their restaurant. (Need signs!). I ordered the RC Nachos for takeout and they were amazing! Homemade chips, and just the right toppings, equal delicious lunch. Plus their hot sauce/salsa IS HOT. ️ I’ll be going back for sure, and recommended you try also!

Absolutely Authentic!
I never read the menu, I just told her I was hungry and that I wanted tacos with beef and everything on them. And they were excellent. And the beef was such high-quality and the vegetables totally fresh. The lime sauce they give you to squirt on the tacos is perfect.
they don’t automatically give you chips and salsa here but you gotta go ahead and order them!
& I Think this was The Best, Freshest, most authentic salsa Ive ever eaten. and Ive lived in Texas!

Ok so to start the staff is super friendly however there food is horrible I ordered to go, the chicken quesadilla and it was literally mush. Also ordered the 3 taco platter the meat was questionable? Beans were really soupy usually with beans you see beans there were no beans. The rice was dry. Chips and queso, chips were so full of oil you can smell it through the bag..Maybe I’m just used to my husband’s street tacos, looks like it’s back to Culver’s again. The 1 star is from my dog she loved the queso.
