I love finding good, local sandwich spots on my travels and place did not disappoint. The Pop, Lock, and Drop It sounded pretty unique so I thought I’d give it a try. It was SO good!!! The flavor was incredible and the sandwich was loaded. I especially loved the pickled garlic on there – incredible! My only suggestion would be to eat it fairly quickly as the type of bread it’s on gets a little soggy. 10/10! I’ll be dreaming of this sandwich!

This is an awesome little sandwich shop located to the back of the shopping center. The bread is all from a local baker and super good. I had the Rueben with amazing pastrami. I also got some spicy Italian sausage to make for dinner – they have a lot of butcher shop options available. See their website for more details. I will be coming back here soon!

Great place to have a sandwich. I’ve eaten here 3 times now and have had nothing short of a super experience. Easy talking owners, laid back and friendly. Don’t sell yourself short and go to the safe sub shop . Get out and experience something different while you’re in Kona. Not the cheapest but well worth the cost! And they carry all sorts of meat.

This isn’t just a deli! There is a chef who knows how to make high quality great CLEAN food! I’m gluten free and they made me the most delicious salad topped with their chicken salad and pesto! It was to LIVE for! My husband said his sandwich was the

Absolutely delicious and huge! This spot is my must-stop before heading to the beach. The service is always great, and while you’ll pay way more than a Subway sandwich, there’s truly no comparison, the quality and flavor are on another level. In the photo: the Pastrami on rye with the works, Roquefort cheese, and candied jalapeños (a must-add!). We tried several sandwiches, but I only remembered to snap a picture when I had the massive Turkey Havarti, also incredible!
Super recommended for anyone craving a real, satisfying sandwich.

Awesome little sandwich and butcher’s shop. Very friendly owners who were super great and accommodating! My daughter had a fantastic sandwich here for a vegetarian and my wife grabbed an Italian to go sandwich! Great way to support a small business. We will definitely be back!

Long time fan, first time visitor. The R3PO hoagie combination was superb. Always love a shop that dares to put blue cheese in a sandwich. Goes great with roast beef and roast peppers.
