I hope some one or any one who works or is managing this store will read this. We went to get an icecream cone and the girl working didnt change her gloves. We saw her rolling cookie dough before we place our order and she didnt change her gloves. We paid cash and she took our money and gave us change and again didnt change gloves and went back to work with the same gloves. I love the ice cream here but thats gross

I placed an order online to be picked up at 1pm on November 6th last name Goodman. My husband went to pick up the order to be told it wasn’t ready. Apparently the cake decorator printed it out and just flat out didn’t do it then she just clocked out and left! The cake decorator had to be called to come back to work. She couldn’t be bothered to do her job. It was nearly 5pm before we got the cake almost 5 hours late. They ruined my daughter’s birthday since my husband was there all day waiting on this cake. Once she got back she made no effort to get the cake done in a timely manor and instead was on her phone a lot.
Also the decorations weren’t what we asked for. My daughter wanted a black cat and we were given some weird brown creature? I tried to reach out to customer service but no answer. They didn’t care about the poor quality or service we got. Needless to say I will not be ordering from here again. 5 hours late is unacceptable.

When I was here back in 2017 this wasn’t here. Spoke to a worker and said that it was new. I ended up getting rocky road. Most places don’t sell that ice cream anymore. Not popular like it was in the 90s. Its was very yummy and feeling. Would definitely come again.

Not sure what happened to the concept of being ready to receive customers when you open, but it seems like the person working there was of the mindset that she can walk in at 10am and then get stuff ready while the rest of us just have to guess when we can place orders.

This place is amazing and I love the snacks like cookies, brownies and ice cream. The people that work there are very helpful and nice. They decorate the cakes so pretty and I love them! Everyone should go to this place and they even have great milk shakes.

I recently went to this ice cream/cookie shop while visiting my family in El Paso and it was absolutely delicious. The employees were nice, kind, and accommodating. I recommend everyone try the vanilla ice cream and the turtle cookie!

Maria was attentive to me when I arrived at this place. I wasn’t sure what to get and she recommended me some cookies and an ice cream sandwich so I didn’t have to just pick one. She was very nice and I love her enthusiasm whenever I go. She is the nicest one here
