The food was phenomenal I had the Turkey chili & bbq pulled pork, my 2 year old daughter even loves it !! Thank you so much Mr Ray, you were very kind & helpful. I went to Rays Vegan Soul for the first time earlier today and it exceeded my expectations! Really good service and a faithful representation of soul food; it was like my auntie’s cooking but vegan. I got the jerk mac, along with the vegan Turkey meatloaf and mash. Strong recommend, I can’t wait for the hours to expand more hopefully some time in the future.

(Visit – 7/22/18) Went back today and had the quinoa meatloaf, vegan mac n cheese, pineapple mint juice, and bread pudding. As stated in my previous comment, the vegan mac n cheese is absolutely delicious. The quinoa meatloaf was amazing. Very savory. The pineapple mint juice was a perfect mix of sweet and minty. The bread pudding topped off my visit. Definitely will be coming back.

Ray himself was there and was so nice and welcoming! The staff were also super friendly and helpful. There was no pretentiousness, they just wanted you to enjoy your food and your time! I was so happy to see someone doing vegan soulfood! The philly cheese steak was amazing, as well as the jerk mac and the pulled Jack fruit sandwich (the BBQ sauce was yum!).
