This is hands down the best seafood restaurant in Chittenden County. They have been around forever because they put out a great FRESH product. My friend was craving a lobster roll. I went with the fish N chips. She said the Lobster was fresh and excellent. I could tell because she ate the whole thing. My meal was very good as well. I highly recommend supporting this restaurant.

We come here once a year for the stuffed clams. They are amazing! We’ve also eaten there as well, and the food is great!

This place was great. I loved the yellow perch right out of Lake Champlain and how can you go wrong with whole belly clams. The best coleslaw I ever had. I can’t wait to get back.

They have the best seafood in the area. Killer lobster rolls for sure, and they do fried stuff like calamari and popcorn shrimp right as well. They also pretty good burgers if you like that

The NE and House chowder were good! The scallops were my favorite and the coconut shrimp with the marmalade sauce was an interesting combination but tasty. I’d recommend and would visit again!

Today I went in with a really long list of my allergies , all four of the staff met together and made an amazing allergy free meal which isn’t an easy task. The staff also checked in with us at the end of our meal to make sure”our bellies were full”. It was a great experience, my husband and I will definitely eat there again soon.

Worst seafood my wife and I have eaten and we are from Cape Cod MA, the Scrod was terrible, the baked potatoes were small and overcooked, the salad was tasteless, the floor was dirty

I waited a few minutes to be waited on, but that could have been my fault for going to the wrong counter. The food at Ray’s is always reliable. They take pride in what they do and they do it well. I got fried clams and fries, it came with a wonderfully soft dinner roll and cole slaw. I also got the New England clam chowder which was bagged separately and put in the bag with my clams. I would recommend Ray’s to anyone who loves seafood. After all, they’ve been around forever… Good be a reason for that!
