What a night last night was!
We’re from NW Georgia, passing through in the semi. We did stop at Grady’s truck stop first, but the diner was closed. So we dropped the trailer and bobtailed over to Ray’s.
There is parking up front and in the back. We were greeted very nicely by the bartender – I *think* her name was Vanessa? Anyway – she was amazingly nice.
The owners, Rick and Donna came in and immediately saw new faces, so they came to introduce themselves and we chatted for a long while.
The locals started coming in and all followed suit – introducing themselves to us and just chatting and hanging out.
Literally every person we met last night were amazing. We will DEFINITELY stop by next time we are out this way again.
And hey – they have an rv park out back so park and have a blast without worry on your travels!

Had a very laid-back atmosphere!! Super nice people that are regulars there and an awesome band!!!! They had a fire and a food truck and pool tables and just really really nice people. OHHH.. and, they have like a camper/rv park literally right behind it that has a big pond that u can go fishing and tons of trails and it’s just beautiful.. tons of acres. Family owned, along with the bar

My cousin and I found this jewel of small town Georgia by accident looking for a liquor store while on I-16, and what we found was an atmosphere that is a true representation of Southern hospitality, Georgia style. What was once a liquor store had been changed into the coziest bar I have ever been to in my life. We were outsiders, but by the time we left, we felt as if we were regulars.
