This was a tough one and only reflects MY personal preferences for pizza.
I dined at the restaurant at 7:30pm on a Thursday.
The waitress was very friendly, attentive, had a positive attitude, and seemed enthusiastic about her job. I also met the owner, who was equally friendly and passionate about making pizzas.
The pricing of their pizza is fair and reasonable.
I ordered a 12-inch cheese pizza with a side of pizza sauce. While waiting, the restaurant served 5-6 takeout orders—it’s a small community and clearly a favorite among locals. Despite the rush, my pizza arrived in a quick 15 minutes.
I’m not a fan of floppy pizza. Many people don’t mind or even prefer it, but it’s not to my liking. As the photo shows, this pizza was well, exceptionally floppy. Nevertheless, I was impressed that the cheese remained on each slice, not sliding off, and that it had the right amount of sauce. Few can appreciate the craftsmanship required for this: the cheese and sauce conditions have to be perfect to avoid separation from the crust. You must also credit the Bacio cheese, likely freshly shredded in-house, contributed to a great melt. I imagine their other toppings being equally fresh and tasty.
The sauce was on the sweeter side with a bit of zest and was thick & flavorful.
However, based purely on my taste, the crust was the main issue. I prefer a New York-style crispy and charred crust, almost even a St. Louis cracker style crust. Even so, it had good taste and I could tell the dough was freshly made.
The dining area and restroom were clean.
So, if you’ve read this far… know that I ate the entire 12” pizza +5 of the best hot wings in Pulaski county. I recommend you try this spot. Rays pizza place may be your new favorite slice!

The staff is very pleasant and friendly. We hadn’t ate there yet so I called on my way home from work and was told about the special for the night. I ordered the special and let me tell ya, it’s absolutely the best pizza we’ve ever had! If you haven’t tried Ray’s #2 in Eubank, you will not be disappointed! We’ll be back!

So So pizza. I like Hunt Bros a little better for the price. The all meat pizza is crumbled up meat like you got on your 1980’s pizza. The wings were ok. A bit overpriced. 8 bucks for 6 wings.

So much better than Eubank pizza, and they deliver. Much nicer owner/employees. Pepsi products are another plus. Ray’s pizza definitely has my business. I highly recommend Ray’s pizza in Eubank Ky and in Hustonville Ky
