Yuck… been coming here for the last twenty years and the last few times have been awful. Service is usually pretty bad. What irks me is the price of a kids meal. A 2pc chicken strip with a small handful of friends and a small shake is $12. Adding a shake to a meal instead of the pop is an extra 3.75. Why so much? I could understand an extra dollar or so… but $12 for a kids meal is ridiculous. The chicken is also basically inedible, chewy chunks of gunk that taste like the oil the fish has been fried in. Rancid. Ranch was also pretty bad, which seems hard to do. Quality is just awful and not worth coming here anymore.

This little gem in grand haven is a must try. So basic yet so delicious. The cheeseburger was hands down the best cheeseburger i have found in Michigan so far. The price was amazing as was the service.

This isn’t a fancy restaurant or a sit down place it is literally all about the food. No bells, no whistles just a great drive in burger and fries…..plain and simple.

The place itself seems old and a bit worn, but I thought the food was solid. I had a double cheeseburger, and it tasted great with the cheese melted just the way I like. The fries were also good. Prices were comparable to a fast food restaurant, and I thought the food was a step up from that. Service was fairly bare bones, but acceptable. I was happy with my meal.

Burger was very dry fries are just warmed up from a bag. Shake was good and they have a large selection of shames. If you want a good burger go a mile down the road to hamburger mikeys. Rays 1/10 mikeys 10/10.

This a unique little drive thru diner. You walk in and place your order then wait while two men in the back prepare your food. Food is prepared on the spot but oh so delicious! We decided to stop at this hole-in-the-wall diner expecting good food which is exactly what we got. Yummy double cheeseburger! We knew we hit the jackpot when we saw people after people coming in. The tiny spot got packed quick. Give it a try as they have fish dinners too!

Ate here for our traditional first day of school at Ray’s Drive In. The burgers were very good, we had ordered a triple cheese, double cheese, single cheese, chicken strips, fries, and shakes. All was good and fresh. They can mix any of the shake clovers too so that’s what we did, grabbed a chocolate and peanut butter shake which was very good. We usually always eat there for this first day tradition so we ate at their outdoor tables. Not the nicest area and close to the garbage. Wish they could spruce this outdoor eating area up.

The double cheeseburger was a lot like McDonald’s, but a bit better and slightly bigger. Tiny space to order and three picnic tables outside. There were three people running things and keeping things moving. Despite all that, everything was decent and worth the price.

Food is mid as hell to say the least. Better off going to fortune cookie or damn Burger King. Burgers were smaller than back in the day (thank you shrinkflation) fries and onion petals were soggy. Chicken looked and tastes like paste that was breaded.

Only good thing I guess was the ranch, wife is a ranch girlie and she said it was a lot of good ranch.

But I know yall won’t give a damn about a bad review so do with it as you will.

Food was great and so was the service. I got a burger along with fries and a shake. I was also able to try the fried pickles from someone I was with. The fires were crispy and the burger was cooked to perfection. The staff were also kind and talkative. The food was also cooked in a made-to-order manner and so all the food was hot and fresh! This was a great place to come to especially after the beach. Definitely recommend coming here if you’re in town or looking for something to eat.

The only item on the menu I didn’t enjoy was the shake. It tasted like melted ice cream and was a tad too sugary for me even at a small size. This also is more nit-picky, but I wished that there was a sort of meal deal. Getting a main, side, and a drink ran me about 15 bucks. Then again thats about everything these days and I did get some of the more expensive stuff on the menu so Im not that pressed about it.
