Google sent me to the wrong place ugh… Dead mall lots of empty spaces, broken escalator, people closing up early… Ended up ordering random cold stuff from this place by the same name. Service was good, food was not. Marinara however a bright spot. If you eat here dump it on the food & it will be a 3. Jamaican Beef Patty no flavor, Cheesesteak Pizza, no flavor. The counter could use a good wipe.

Every time I eat here the food is absolutely amazing and the people working are very nice, it’s not their fault the mall is falling apart and I am really hoping they are offered a spot in the mall they’re rebuilding at Berkshire, I look forward to the stuffed buffalo chicken pizza whenever I am in the area.

Every time I order delivery there is always something missing. I call and tell them and they don’t care that they are basically robbing me. I would order from the real RAY’S in the city and not this place in the mall.

VERY nasty. The staff is extremely unorganized and man taking orders is rude. We ordered the cheesesteak, two slices of cheese pizza and two orders of fries. The cheese fries tasted like they were purchased from Walmart and a slice of the cheapest American cheese you can buy was plopped on them then thrown in the microwave. The bread for the cheesesteak was crusty and not fresh whatsoever. We kept having to go up there because they forgot multiple drinks. This establishment is dirty!

Came here with friends to get fries, few people came after us and got food before us. Honestly bad service, all we ordered was fries took them 15-20 minutes to get our fries. The soda here tastes like medicine and nothing like Coca-Cola. No salt on fires, and no kecttup.

Pretty pricey for a pizza place (cheese is $2.75, anything else $4-5 per slice) but that wasn’t my main issue. Food was decent. But I was shopping with my brothers and bought myself & them each something here. We really only drink water so after we paid we asked if we could have cups of water. The young man began to fill them up for us until another man, the owner I believe, told him he only give us one cup. I just think that’s weird and rude. I’d understand if we came in just asking for water but we spent almost $20 here. Also, none of the employees smiled the whole time we were in this place. So. There are much better food options in the mall, I recommend taking advantage of those.
