I was dining with my family when we saw a mouse running around the dining area. I informed the waiter, and he reacted very casually, saying they have had mouse issues recently and that the manager is fully aware of it. He acted as if it was not a big deal. I will never go back

Raymond’s is a solid go to spot in town. The food is consistently good and always tastes fresh.
The burger is great and reliable every time. Breakfast is also excellent with great options and quality across the board. Everything comes out fresh and well prepared.

I had a very disappointing and concerning experience at this restaurant. During our meal, I saw a mouse inside the dining area. When I informed the staff, they did nothing about it and even admitted they were aware of the issue. That level of negligence is completely unacceptable, especially in a place serving food.
On top of that, our order was wrong. I specifically asked for my burger to be cooked medium, but it came out well done. Even more concerning, my 2-year-old’s burger was served medium when we had clearly requested it to be well done. Serving undercooked meat to a toddler after being given clear instructions is extremely careless.
Between the sanitation issue and the food being prepared incorrectly, this was a very upsetting experience. I will not be returning.

Good food, came in on Sunday at 3pm. Brunch options were okay. Spent a little over $100 not including tip for 2 adult and an extremely picky 5 years old but my husband said the portions were good. We took food home. Ambiance was okay, place was clean. Service was fast initially but then slowed down after appetizers. I didn’t think they were that busy. Not really sure if we would come back at this time. Maybe if we do, there would be more menu options.

Raymond’s was a great diner that was nice and clean with great customer service. I had the omelette with bacon and Gruyère cheese and thought it was delicious, although the side of potato were just OK. My wife had the runny egg, although it was a little too over easy for her. The kids had the pancakes and really enjoyed them. Overall, for a diner this was pretty good. It’s a really cute diner with a nice layout too!

Casual, diner-type spot. They offer classic sandwiches, salads & breakfast items. The grilled cheese was delicious with bacon on it. The space is fairly tight, with three of us being sat at a small round table that would comfortably seat two. They can accommodate larger groups, however, they do not accept reservations. There is a small waiting area before being seated, so if there are several groups waiting, you may need to wait outside for your table. There is street parking available nearby.

I was so excited to try this place and heard good things. My son and I both ordered the French toast, which looked nice and the bread was very good, but appeared to be fried in butter. Very crispy but also very greasy. No flavor, just plain fried bread. We both ate less than half and felt sick afterwards. Maybe it was a bad day in the kitchen, but it was not good. Very disappointing. The staff was very nice and friendly but slow considering the place was close to empty.

Really cool little spot in northern NJ. We had to wait quite a while for service as well as food, but to be fair it was a holiday. You have to pay for parking there, but I’m not sure how much because it was free parking that holiday. The food was ok, but some unexpected spiciness made some inedible. It’s like the idea was there but didn’t get executed as well as I hoped. But overall a good time.
