I always forget that there is a Ray Ray’s up in Granville! It’s a little off the main path, but that means there’s plenty of parking.
The atmosphere is adorable, plenty of tables, plants, and natural light!
And of course the food is delicious! Hands-down some of the best barbecue I’ve ever had in Ohio!

This is our 4th visit. Food was good however I’m disappointed again that for today(which also was the case on my last 2 visits) they told me after the fact & waiting about 14 minutes for our order that they were out of the smoked turkey, causing me to have to order something else, & having to wait another 8 minutes for our order. In addition the waffle fries had a few nice slices on the top covering up a lot of bits & pieces. Being that it’s a holiday I think they are short staffed. Fingers crossed things will be better on next visit because as I said, the food is very good.

Excellent food. Despite eating meat, the cauliflower burnt ends may have been the best thing I had there. Everything we had was phenomenal, and the waffle fries are in contention as the best fries I’ve ever eaten. Staff were super friendly, and the space is well-lit, super clean, and very open.

Super good food, loved the jerk chicken with the sauce and all of the sides were great in my opinion! Hard to find a cornbread that isn’t dry and this one was perfect. Macaroni and cheese was super smooth and had a unique but good flavor. Would absolutely come back 🙂

Went in for the first public supper club and it did not disappoint. We sat at chefs table and enjoyed 7 courses plus extra bites along the way. My favorite dish was the first dish- the beets. I’m not normally a fan of beets, but these were delicious. The entire experience was worth the cost and we will definitely be returning.

The food was okay. I got the pork sandwich which said it came with sauce, but it did not. It was nice pork, but kind of dry without sauce. They expected you to add sauce from a bottle in a shelf with bottles of sauce. I refuse to use sauce that multiple people use in one day instead of them just placing it on my food. I’m sure that some people find my questioning of placing sauce out for general public won’t bother some, like my husband, but for others, like me, that was disgusting! They said they would put the sauce on my food, but they did not! They wanted me to use a sauce from a general public use. Yuck! I didn’t eat my food there. I waited until I got home and added my own sauce and that was good, but for the price, that was ridiculous! The Mac-n-cheese was horrible! I do not suggest that for anyone who loves Mac-n-cheese because I will eat just about any Mac-n-cheese! But not this one!!! It was horrible! I am not sure what the flavor profile was supposed to be because there was nothing but salt and fat! Do not buy it! The waffle fries though were amazing!!!! I hate potatoes of any kind, but I loved these! So, definitely get the waffle fries!

I have been to almost every Ray Ray’s, but I had not yet made it to their first sit-down restaurant until today. Besides being open two more days per week than the others, it also has several menu items that are unique to this location. The smoked cheeseburger was excellent and the Scotch eggs or a delightful surprise. Even their French fries were way above normal compared to most other restaurants.
The food was served quickly and brought to my table and all the employees were friendly and very committed to ensuring that I was satisfied with my food. Although this was my first time to this particular establishment, it will definitely not be my last.

We drive over 30 minutes to come eat here about every couple of months. Not sure what happened but this place has gone down hill and we will not return to this location. Not sure if all locations are this bad or if it is just this one. They were out of several meat choices on a Saturday night at 5:00 pm. The brisket was cold and dry. The rib tips were dry and chewy. The food did not taste like it did before. Spent so much money for horrible food. Really disappointed with Ray Ray’s.

Great staff, great product! Our party ordered several different menu items, absolutely no complaints. Even the youngsters cleaned their plates! You’ve got to try the cornbread fruit cobbler, it goes with everything!

Truly amazing food. All the meats were tender and fall off the bone. We tried many of the sides and they were very good. Staff was very friendly. One of the best BBQ spots I’ve ever had!
