We had their food for Thanksgiving this year and it was out of this world. The turkey was amazing and the ham was to die for. We had to swing by and try their BBQ out in the wild and oh boy did they not disappoint.

I ordered the brisket sandwich with Carolina vinegar sauce on the side, and waffle fries. The brisket was tender and juicy with a nice kissed smoky flavor. I could have used a touch more smoke, but that’s coming from someone who really enjoys a lot of smoke flavor that others might find overwhelming. I actually preferred the sandwich without the sauce which I had ordered on the side. Thought that the brisket had enough great flavor on its own. Fries were crispy and delicious. Service was quick and friendly. Nice to have this in the land grant brewery lot while enjoying a beer.

Carolina sandwich was good but pretty dry. Prices have definitely skyrocketed, but that’s to be expected. Overall, a good experience. The greens were excellent

I spent years living in Texas so I’m particular about my BBQ. The sandwich buns were great and actually held up. The brisket was a bit dry for my taste but pulled pork was delicious. The fries were also probably best I’ve had in Columbus (unexpected surprise) and the Mac and cheese was yummy.

This RayRays is a food truck with covered picnic table seating. The ribs and mac n cheese were great. The service was friendly and quick. We ate at the picnic tables. You can get drinks from the brewery across the parking lot and there is a big screen TV outside that was showing a European soccer match.
I will say that we walked three blocks from COSI and the area felt a little sketchy.

Ray Ray’s is hands-down the best barbecue in Columbus. The rack of ribs were tender and falling off the bone delicious, no sauce needed the dry rub seasoning was out of this world. #MeatSweatin The links are incredible, just the right amount of spice with a touch of heat. The Brisket is phenomenal, trust me. The chicken is outstanding, moist and full of flavor. The pulled pork was exceptional as well, Smothered it in the sweet barbecue sauce and was in heaven. If you love barbecue and haven’t been here… just go now, you will thank me later.

A whisper of its former self. Once this restaurant expanded to more than one location it’s gone downhill. They charge you meat by the pound. I spent $40 at the downtown location and got a barely a slab of ribs with hardly any meat on the bones. Had been going here since they had only one location on North High Street, but now will not return. The price you will pay is no longer worth the box of bare bones you will receive. This place broke my heart.

We spent the day at COSI and we’re looking to grab a quick bite. Ray Ray’s was totally worth a couple couple of block walk.
The jerk chicken was amazing. Even my five year old kept begging for more. The waffle fries were plentiful and well-seasoned. The collards were absolutely wonderful. They had great flavor and texture. Sitting at a fire pit in the courtyard behind the food truck was icing on the cake. I highly recommend Ray Ray’s.

Was literally “sweat” like a pig. I wanted to try the best thing that Columbus has to offer and Ray Ray delivered. Big combo with juicy bbq ribs, amazing jerk chickens, flavorful hot links, tender and juicy brisket, everthing was perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection.
