I don’t know enough to know of my order came out wrong or not. I ordered a chicken sandwich spicy with no ray rays sauce. I got a sandwich with sauce. Maybe the spicy comes from the sauce, so it could be on me but it wasn’t terribly spicy either way. Otherwise, the chicken sandwich was good and came with a generous portion of fries well seasoned. The honey garlic sizzle sauce is heavy on the first two but light on the sizzle. It was priced well given what was received. It seems worth another visit when I’m in the area.

Nicely done Ray Ray’s! Chicken sandwich was on the mark as the well known leading chicken restaurants, crispy crinkled fries, buns are very tasty and their signature Ray Ray’s sauce is getting high marks from our flavor adventures! Prices are possibly on average as most areas are trying to see how much clients are willing to pay before ditching takeout all together. Overall, Ray Ray’s would be a stop to return to in the future.

I think I’m hooked on the macaroni and cheese bowl. I love it so much that I will only eat half of it so I can save the other half for when I’m craving it latter.
Not only is the food spectacular, I just had my half a bowl of the mac & cheese, I are inside with my mother and sister. Great atmosphere, with Christmas decorations and Christmas music, and I’m there with family…… I haven’t felt the holiday spirit for a long time.
Ol yea, the orangeade…. Be careful though, it’s addictive as the Mac and cheese bowl.
Very clean restaurant as well.

My friends and I wanted to try something new for lunch today and we picked this because it was close and convenient. We walked in. Very clean restaurant, great atmosphere. Smelled great. Staff was friendly and helpful. We waited for about 10 minutes, no issue whatsoever and absolutely worth it. Fresh, fast and hot. Best chicken sandwich I’ve ever had. Fries were great and the sauce was perfect. The amount of food alone was amazing and the prices weren’t sky high. Definitely one of the highlights of the day. My new favorite spot. Keep up the great work. Seriously.

The young man who took our order was very friendly, the food was GREAT! Was our first time eating here, the lady at H&R recommended it and it was so good, everything was great. Would say that the chicken is better than chick fil a honestly. The Nashville hot is amazing! Will be returning with my family. Hopefully next time I will be able to try a shake!

Yesterday we visited for the first time & we’re back again today!
Parking is nice & accessible.
When you first enter, you order in the front, fast food style, then seat yourself until they call your name & they’ll bring it to your table.
The menu is small- medium size, but with this good food, nothing more is really needed. The fries are perfectly seasoned, the slaw tastes really fresh, & the mac-n-cheese is good in spite of being a mix. Good quality.
The environment was nice, appropriate & clean.
Yesterday was completely slammed, yet the employees were friendly, competent & efficiently navigated the crowd in a very timely fashion. Today wasn’t quite as busy, but I was probably most impressed that the employees stayed busy cleaning the dining area, welcoming & positively interacting with patrons & offering refills. A lovely young lady, Kala recognized us from our prior visit & was positively beaming & friendly. She exuded pride, optimism & positive morale in her workplace, which was a breath of fresh air. GM, Kevin Fryer, came to our table, warmly greeting us, thanked us for coming & asked about our experience. The customer service was positively impeccable!
… And then there’s the frozen custard, not to be confused with soft serve or just vanilla ice cream… just do it! It’s delicious!

I ordered a door dash from here and I ordered a wing combo with Cole slaw and a sweet tea. When the order arrived, I somehow got a chicken sandwich. When I called them, they transferred me to 3 different people and all they said was “ we will replace it” and hung up. There was no more info given. When calling to ask them for more info they just said “we’ll have it here for you”. I am unable to go, as to why I did a DoorDash. I was frustrated and reordered on DoorDash. The dasher was incredibly nice in making sure they got the wings correct the next time, but the bag was not secure, a few of the wings tasted soapy, the sweet tea was missing, there was no utensils or napkins, and the coleslaw tasted sour. I will not be returning. Every time I have ordered or visited there has been a problem. Service is terrible.

If it were just about the food I would leave a better rating. This is about the service. I was picking up an order for delivery, when I arrived no one was at the front counter and the lady cooking finished the order and put it on the other side to be bagged. After several minutes still no one came, she was in the back lolly gagging around instead of doing her job. When she did come out instead of bagging my order she took the order of someone else that had just walked in. I let her ( the black girl with the fake hair and eyelashes) know about it and she just didn’t care. DO BETTER! Get better help!
UPDATE:
Went back today for another delivery pickup and the “manager” said she was going to cancel the order because I gave them a bad review and called out the bad employee. Now this isn’t my food, it’s for a customer that has nothing to do with this and she was going to cancel it! I unassigned from the order so someone else could pick it up and the customer could get their food because she didn’t care if they got it or not! Just goes to show how much they care (or lack there of) about customers and condones bad behavior from employees. I’m fine not going back, they take too long to get orders ready and never have them ready in time. Good riddance to mediocre food and bad service!

This is one of the best places around for great food. Chicken sandwiches or chicken tenders is cooked to perfection with just the right seasoning. The macaroni & cheese is amazing. You definitely get a decent amount of good for the price. Wait staff greets you with a smile and great service.
