A blast from the past! Delicious food and friendly service. My order is always delicious and made as ordered. The lobby is closed, but you can pick up food quickly through the drive thru. Good value for the price.

First time trying Rax and I must say that even though the lobby was closed, the service was still excellent and with a smile which is amazing. My Beef and Cheddar was absolutely delicious and Chicken Tenders were very well cooked and seasoned to perfection. I give 5/5 stars and personal score of 92/100. Would’ve been 100 with the lobby open but I digress. Overall a great experience and most definitely will be back to try other menu items. Highly recommend it.

My first time eating Rax in 40 years. My favorite restaurant when I was 5 years old. At one time there were over 500 Rax location now there are just 6 (in Ohio, Illinois and Kentucky). For those not in the know, Rax is like an Arby’s only better.

Came here after a negative experience across the street. I haven’t been to a Rax in years. Best pork tenderloin sandwich I’ve had in a long time! Sucks their lobby was closed but if I’m up this way again I’ll definitely be back!

The food is not to bad, the roast beef is better than Arby’s in my opinion. The biggest problem I have with this restaurant is the service. Almost every time we go they leave something out of the bag and we have to either go back in to get it or take the loss. The employee’s need to pay more attention to the customers and their job and less attention to talking and socializing.

My newest coworker introduced me to Rax just the other day. This place kept everything good about “Fast Food” and didnt compromise like the others. My roast beef sandwich was delicious and the curly fries were out of this world!

I absolutely LOVE Rax Roast Beef. Biased because of working in a great one in Richmond IN when I was young. The food here was very good. The taste was just as I imagined. Fried have that fluffy baked potato feel and taste. Cheese sauce on Big Beef & Cheddar had that tangy, creamy taste I remember. The Turkey Club was great, too. This store still has signs up for a closed dining room. Luckily, the drive through was open and quick.

This is an amazing fast food place… It has been in this area when it was ranchers and has changed to Rax …. I don’t care what time you go to get your food. It will be hot and fresh. I’ve noticed every time if you order anything that has to be cooked you may wait six minutes, but you’re gonna get a hot fresh sandwich….. And all the places that have been giving less as far as service and food… You can be going here for a fresh sandwich… I’m not even afraid to feed my Family from there… And so many places you just don’t wanna go. I have to check my food and if you get hamburgers at Wendy’s, well it’s rare you get one that’s been freshly cooked more than likely it’s been thrown on the grill to re-warm it or stuck under the light for 15 to 20 minutes or half an hour…. I have pointed that out to Wendy’s. How can you say your food is fresh when they’re leaving it under the lights that long they don’t care apparently and this is why I love Rax Somebody cares About the food they’re putting out to their customers I give them an A plus
