Was great for the price. Lami Lami roll
Was a just tad too small for the price, but tasted good. Will coming back here the salmon plate again or something different on the Menu. Also, the eel was great!

Beautiful dining in or sitting at the bar. The sushi rolls were amazing. We had the Dante’s Inferno Roll, Goodi Roll(left side in photo). Kumamoto Oysters in Half Shell, and last but definitely not least the Nigiri Tako(muah so good!)

It was the first time coming in here. I was having dinner with my daughter. The edamame was amazing, The sushi that we ordered was good. The teriyaki chicken was a little bit too tough and another thing I did not care about was. They put my salad on the same plate with the teriyaki chicken and steamed rice. With the salad dressing, the salad was making the rice and the teriyaki chicken too soggy. Next time I come here I will tell them to put the salad in a separate salad plate. The food is good. Don’t get me wrong. I just do not like salad with salad dressing next to my rice and teriyaki chicken making it soggy. I will come back again. Maybe next time we’ll come back for lunch.

We had been looking forward to splurging at Raw for a while. Arrived and immediately sat down. Ordered and was not disappointed at all. Portions, freshness, and flavors were all on point. We over ordered and over ate! The miso was the only item I would not have to have again. It wasn’t bad, but for the price, it wasn’t something I needed, especially when most Japanese restaurants throw it in for free. Our waiter was attentive and kept our beverages full.

Place has the best sushi in Modesto. Fresh food, quick service, and beautiful decorations. My only negative complaint is how loud it gets from the echo in the building. Other than that this place is 5 stars.

We sat at the bar. It’s amazing to see the artistic impressions these sushi chefs create. I didn’t know which roll to choose so we asked for a recommendation. The chef asked what I liked and made this personally, for me . The added fried jalapenos on the side were an amazing addition!!… Thank you for your creativity

We waited an hour for a table, which we were happy to do. We were given our check, without being asked if we wanted dessert, and paid. As we were having a great conversation, someone who works there, came over and asked how our dinner was and then promptly asked how much longer we would be as he had a two top waiting to be seated. I have never had this happen anywhere. Needless to say, we will not be returning.
