I am extremely disappointed with the service. After waiting for 70 minutes,they was told my order was never processed. The staff provided no proper response or apology for the delay. food does not excuse poor treatment of customers. This experience was unacceptable, and the management needs to address how their team interacts with the public.

.I recently placed an order through DoorDash, vendor accepted it, to my surprise they canceled the order shortly after, claiming that the driver had just picked it up and it wasn’t their fault. However, when I contacted DoorDash, they told me that the vendor was responsible for the cancellation. When I tried to reorder, I found out that the vendor was temporarily closed.

Over hyped in advertising and when it comes to order and pick up something
wait time to place a order is 30 minutes and food pick up time is 40-50 after placing an order.
It’s not even freshly prepared. made Taking 40-50 min just to pack.
Need to make it soon For pickups

If it’s busy time it’s very hard to place a mobile order.
They should have more staff for quick and fast services
In that rush they not added sides (raitha, salaan)for biryanis in my bag
