Raven absolutely blew me away! From start to finish, everything about our dinner felt special. The atmosphere is elegant without being stuffy, and the staff made us feel taken care of the entire evening.
The food was phenomenal. Our table was filled with beautifully plated dishes—perfectly cooked steaks, delicious vegetables, and sides that were full of flavor. My entrée was outstanding: tender, seasoned perfectly, and served over the creamiest risotto. Every bite was rich and comforting.
And the cake! The slice of chocolate cake we ordered was massive in the best way and tasted just as good as it looked—moist, decadent, and paired with the lightest whipped cream. Easily one of the best desserts I’ve had in a long time.
From presentation to flavor, Raven exceeded every expectation. If you’re considering dining here, go for it—you’ll be glad you did. I can’t wait to come back!

Raven offers an upscale dining experience. We had a party of 7 celebrating 2 birthdays. The decor and vibe reminded us of a classic steakhouse, although the noise level was fairly high. Our server was pleasant and knowledgeable sharing the history and what sounded like the mission statement of the restaurant with her greeting.
The cocktails were tasty and offered a generous pour. The food was delicious! The group ordered salads, smash burgers, Beef Wellington and the sea bass. All of us felt our meals were superb. Vegetarians beware, this is a steakhouse. One of our friends only found a salad and potato puree that satisfied her needs.
The slice of chocolate cake offered for dessert was enormous, enough for multiple people to share. The crème brûlée was excellent as well. The restaurant treated two of us to dessert for our birthdays which surprised us and was appreciated.
When our courses were presented we needed to direct where they were being placed multiple times. Our server became busy with an adjacent table and a few of us needed a condiment or drink refill that another server had to accommodate.
We would definitely recommend this restaurant. Other than a few minor glitches with service, our experience was wonderful.

This is hands down the BEST and most high quality restaurant I’ve ever had the pleasure of dining at. Everything was cooked quite literally to perfection. The beef Wellington was a perfect medium rare with the outer pastry soft and buttery with just the right crispiness. The chalet farms filet was absolutely delicious and cooked perfectly. The oysters and crab cakes had a perfect balance of saltiness and seafood taste without tasting too fishy. We also had Chilean sea bass at our table (I did not try that dish) as well as lobster Mac N cheese and roasted carrots. Every dish was utterly outstanding. If I had to choose just one dish to recommend, I would have to choose the beef Wellington. It’s served with a potato puree, herb crusted asparagus and fole gras demi-glace sauce. This restaurant is of the highest quality in every way. Our server Lacy was also outstanding in every way. She went above and beyond through our entire meal. She was easy to talk to and very informative and knowledgeable about all items on the menu as well as their extensive wine menu. I would highly recommend this fine restaurant based not solely on their incredible food, but also based off their amazing server Lacy. No doubt this dining experience was 10/10!

Stacy went above and beyond to help us navigate the menu, offered thoughtful recommendations, and made the entire experience feel effortless and special. Service like hers is rare, and she alone would keep us coming back.
From the moment you walk in, it’s clear this place runs like a well-oiled machine. The host was immediately friendly and welcoming, and as we passed through, the bar staff greeted us warmly, setting the tone for the rest of the evening. That level of hospitality carried through from start to finish—including a sincere thank-you from the bar staff as we left.
Now, the food—impeccable across the board. The steaks are truly second to none, perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The pork chops were top notch, and every appetizer and side we tried was outstanding. We sampled the crab cakes, onion rings, beef tips, and pork belly, and each dish was expertly prepared, balanced, and memorable. There wasn’t a single miss.
Adding to the experience, I recently had the pleasure of meeting the owners, Jim and Angela, at their other restaurant, Bella. They are kind, down-to-earth people who clearly understand hospitality and know how to build a damn good restaurant concept. That care and intention shows in every detail at Raven.

My husband’s favorites were the Beef Wellington and Lobster Mac N Cheese (shoutout for actual big lobster pieces in there)! My Prime Filet (Chalet Farms) was perfectly cooked, and my favorite side was the Seasonal Mushrooms.

One of the best dining experiences we’ve had! Our server, Lori, was exceptional, very knowledgeable and made our visit memorable. We had the Lobster Bisque for starters. My wife ordered the Beef Wellington which she absolutely adored. I ordered the Chilean Sea Bass with Crispy Skin! Totally amazing taste! I recommend everyone making a reservation and giving it a try! Perfection at its best.

What an absolutely exceptional night this past Monday at Raven, celebrating an anniversary with my husband! He ordered The Chosen Stave, made tableside, as a starter cocktail and it was delicious and unique. He also ordered the deviled eggs, filet mignon, baked potato, and chocolate cake- all top notch. I ordered the lobster bisque (hands-down the best I’ve ever tasted!), Beef Wellington, and butterscotch crème brûlée. It is difficult to find Beef Wellington in East TN, so I was very thankful when The Raven opened and I saw it on the menu.
Our server, Charlie, made the night even better with his friendly, attentive service and knowledge of each drink and dish ordered. I wish I took more pics, but we simply enjoyed ourselves and the night too much to have the phone on-hand.

This is an amazing spectacular establishment. Walking in sentence you to a whole different and cozy vibe and it was just an amazing experience. We came in just for the bar to get some drinks and did the staff deliver. Every drink we had was absolutely amazing and made with so much thought and anticipation for the customer. Bartender Keaton is amazing. I would recommend him over and over.
