I really loved this restaurant. I’ve been here a couple of times before, and every time it has been a great experience. Today we ordered the lasagna and the chicken Alfredo, and both were absolutely delicious.
I also really enjoyed the atmosphere — it was warm and welcoming. The staff were very nice and friendly, and our server, Zach, was especially great. He was very polite, respectful, and made us feel comfortable.
I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone and I’ll be coming back again.

We had an incredible dining experience at Ravello. We started with the focaccia bread and pesto, which was amazing, and then enjoyed the chicken alfredo, pesto pasta, polenta, and chicken marsala. Every dish was flavorful, perfectly prepared, and absolutely delicious.
The espresso martinis were the perfect finishing touch. Elizabeth was our server, and she truly made the experience wonderful with her attentiveness and excellent service. Everything exceeded expectations, and we would absolutely dine here again.

The food was decent, but nothing spectacular. It was closer to American Italian cuisine rather than an authentic Italian one. The dishes were on the pricier side. It’s somewhat understandable as the restaurant is within a resort, but the mismatch between the price and quality was off putting.
Also, the servers were overtly pushy when it came to suggesting more dishes, drinks and desserts. This wasn’t necessarily unique to servers in Ravello, but was a general theme throughout the restaurant in the resort.

Had dinner at Ravello twice while visiting Opryland for a work event. Service was great both times. Sat outside in the atrium which was nice, then in the wine bar area the second night for a bit of a quieter spot. Food was spot on. The smoked cocktail was really delicious and I loved the Smokey smell and flavor. Shrimp and crab fettuccini was delicious. Wish the shrimp were larger but still very good. Second night I had a glass of Cabernet with the filet which was cooked perfectly and the twice cooked potatoes were delicious. Had a Caesar salad both evenings which was good, but had a bit too much dressing for my liking. Otherwise fantastic and would definitely go back!

I’m giving this restaurant a solid 4-star review. The atmosphere is truly stunning, nestled right inside the Garden Conservatory at the Gaylord Opryland Resort. The lush surroundings and elegant decor create a relaxing and upscale dining experience. The service was exceptional from start to finish—everyone, from the host at the entrance to our waiters, was warm, attentive, and welcoming.
As for the food, it was good, but it didn’t quite meet the expectations I had based on what I had heard. I ordered the Carbonara, which was beautifully presented, with well-portioned servings. I appreciated that the pasta is reportedly made fresh daily, but the texture and taste didn’t fully reflect that level of craftsmanship. It seemed to have the consistency of pasta made with an instant pasta maker rather than traditional hand-rolled pasta that has been properly rested, which would have resulted in a more developed texture and flavor. Additionally, while the dish had potential, the seasoning was slightly off for my taste—leaning a bit too salty. I also felt that a thinner pasta, like spaghetti or angel hair, might have worked better, as the one used felt a little too thick and heavy for the dish.
That being said, the meal was still enjoyable, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return. The ambiance and service alone make this restaurant worth visiting, and I’d love to explore other dishes on the menu. While my expectations for the pasta were higher, I’d still recommend this place for the overall experience!

The tiramisu was the best we’ve ever had. The fettuccini Alfredo was good, but could be better. The meatballs were very good, and so was the caesar salad. Service was excellent.

We sat inside near the bar and our server was the best one we had during our entire 7-night stay at the Gaylord, but that didn’t affect the food which was below average and unnecessarily expensive. Focaccia was excellent, meatballs were tasty but average, lasagna was over-spiced and an unnecessarily large serving for a hotel restaurant where I can’t reheat leftovers, arancini had way too much cheese, and my boss had to send back the osso buco because it was so bad.

The service: Joseph D was our waiter. As a restaurant owner, I was impressed. If he worked for me no doubt he would have to be my staff trainer. You just don’t see that quality of service anymore unless developed with care. What impressed me was the eye contact, the walk through of the menu, quality genuine suggestion ( not just recommending the most expensive dish) and his smile. All of his personal caring service was top tier and made us so happy.
The food: We ordered the burrata appetizer. (I highly recommend ordering it with extra focaccia to enjoy every delectable bite.)
The carbonara was ideal! Creamy thick sauce was just holding the amazing peppery flavor & the crunch from the bacon making it all stick to the noodles.
My daughter is a fine dining chef and very particular about her Alfredo. She was over the moon with her meal. The sauce was creamy but not drowning out the other flavors. The chicken and bacon she added made the dish enough for 2 meals.
Also, the handmade pasta was the perfect type of noodle for each dish. Hers was light and tender while the carbonara noodles were thick and held all those perfect flavors. Truly a fantastic dining experience.

The service was excellent — friendly, attentive, and made the experience very pleasant. The ribeye steak was amazing and definitely the highlight of the meal. Unfortunately, the scampi was just average and felt overpriced for what it was. Overall, great service and a standout steak, but the scampi didn’t quite live up to expectations.

Being at the Gaylord it is of course overpriced. I got the ribeye with mashed potatoes and mushrooms. The ribeye was so fatty and chewy. Not great and barely any mashed potatoes. My daughter enjoyed her filet mignon (super tiny though). The husband really enjoyed his lasagna. Service was really good and we enjoyed looking like we were eating outside even though we weren’t. You definitely need to use open table to make a reservation otherwise you’ll have about a thirty-40 minute wait.
