The or elderly lady in there who might use a small red truck , I don’t know not very customer friendly well I ordered an elote en vaso 5$ and it was masked with topping on top and for only like half an inch the rest of the cup was nothing but water and corn basically 5$ for a cup of hot corn . And ordered 2 candy crushes for my daughters and same thing nothing but light dressing on it hardly any candy . I don’t know who’s the owner but they really need to improve on who’s operating it as it is unfair for customers to pay your prices and get nothing but trash given out .

This is a delightful little Raspas shop located in Penitas Texas. They featured delicious shaved ice, as well as delicious fruit items. Stopped by late in the evening, with a group of about 10 people, and the staff was very accommodating and happy to serve us. All of her items were delicious and beautiful to look at I had a raspas frescas with strawberries and mangoes, and it was awesome.
