absolutely do not order this. It was so disgusting. I literally didn’t eat it. I don’t know what that was but it was not pistachio cream and then I told them that I didn’t like it if I could have a refund and just get regular chocolate strawberries and they told me no that I couldn’t do that and on top of that I paid $20 18.95 is what I paid for some nasty strawberries There is another Paleta bar by Walgreens for their Dubai Strawberry is half price and it’s 1 million times better they were closed so I went to this one and regret it immediately

They are literally NEVER open when it says they should be. They won’t answer the phone and their mailbox is full (wonder why) so you can’t even leave a message… changing my original rating to one star, bc this is just ridiculous…
This is actually my favorite place to go to for the best tasting agua frescas, but I’ve been extremely disappointed in the lack of consistency of them being open when they’re supposed to be. I understand that they are short-staffed, but if you have specific hours posted online and right outside your front door, then you should try your best to abide by those hours. I don’t live in town, so I have driven 30+ minutes just to come here and have them not be open and have the door locked… I probably won’t be back for a while after this last disappointment. I mean, I’m literally trying to support “the little guy” and support local small businesses, but I can’t do that if you guys can’t open up the store in the first place…

They do not open at 12pm. I was waiting there for 20 minutes and nothing.There were clearly people inside and all the lights were on. If i could give this place a zero star rating, I WOULD.
I took the time to read some of the reviews and it seems like the service is absolutely horrible for one and two the food is terrible in some cases.

What a cute little spot! They have a great variety of raspados and ice creams. I only came in for an horchata and two churros. Churros were fried after I placed the order so they were fresh and delicious! The horchata was a little grainy, but each place has a different way of making it. The employees were both bilingual, and the atmosphere was fun and family-friendly.

This place was the worst paleteria I’ve been too! My elote was cup was full of water instead of corn, diluted any flavor if it had any. They gave me a mangonada different from the menu picture, and lastly when I let the owner know of my concerns she basically said it was my fault?! Worst customer service!!! Do not recommend.

The place looks amazing, but I wouldn’t recommend their shaved ice. The ice comes in big chunks which doesn’t allow the syrup to absorb into it, so you’re basically just chewing on ice and sipping on syrup

Dealt with 3 little girls. Got some corn that tastes like literal plastic, I bet my dog can make better corn than that. Not to mention the “agua fresca”, it was more see thru than my fish bowl of a car.
