Used to be good, now its all about money and the ice is all hard because they have it shave since who knows when. Wack now, I used to ask for an extra cup to split for my kids and now its $1.50 for a foam empty cup. For better raspados go to el Mercadito way better bigger cheaper. Starting off, i came in to be greeted by mean and bitter faces. The workers weren’t welcoming at all. My daughter ordered a banana raspado just for them to give us a vanilla one. When we spoke up about it the lady just said she heard vanilla instead of banana. Of course we said no and she heard wrong. The workers looked at each other then said they ran out of banana and thats it. Such bad service!

Raspado Xpress is clean and well kept area. Good selection of fruit salads, nachos, smoothies and much more. I recommend the esquite and bionico, both have good flavor.

DO NOT ORDER THE FRESAS CON CREMA!!! Ordered the fresas con crema and they had a very sour smell to them. So naturally I went to ask for something else because that was obviously expired and they refused to exchange it for something else or give a refund because there was no manager and they claimed it tasted just fine. Horrible service. Never coming back.

8$ for a bionico, expensive in comparison to 3 other nearby locations I know of. Fresh ingredients. Beautiful presentation, not quite a traditional bionico (more of a syrup consistency as opposed to sour creamy) Defensive staff persistent to justify price on an evening when I said “goodness gracious 8 dollars!? (Sigh); ok..” didn’t mean to offend, also, 50 cent card fee. No seating. It’s. Okay, I’ll try something else next time instead.
