We had an incredible dining experience here! The Handi Mutton was outstanding – possibly among the best I’ve ever had. I tried this Pachadi delicacy for the first time and loved it. The ambiance and seating arrangement were top-notch, and the staff were courteous and attentive. The location is a bonus, just 5kms from Shimla on the way to Mashobra. Highly recommend this place – don’t miss out!

In general Shimla is not the place for non veg lovers because here you got freezed meet not fresh.
But we take risk and decided to go to eat handi mutton, we ordered 1 full handi consists of 8 mutton pieces costs Rs 1000.
Believe me this is the worst mutton i ever had. The gravy feels like it is of fish not of mutton.
Total waste of money.

We went there to have dinner but there was only one staff sitting outside restaurant. We had to get down two floors to reach restaurant which was a small room but with decent sitting area. There was no tandoori items and very few items from the menu. We were disappointed and left the place. Their handi mutton is famous and its about rs. 1000 for full plate/handi.

One of the best restaurants I’ve visited in Shimla is **RASOI**. The food here is truly exceptional, combining freshness with affordability ✨. During our visit, we tried their Maggi and soup, and both were simply amazing . The Maggi, in particular, had that authentic “pahadon wali” charm that’s hard to find elsewhere . The flavors were comforting and brought out the essence of the hills. A visit to Shimla would be incomplete without stopping by RASOI – it’s a must-visit for food lovers! ️
