In 1980, Mike and Fouly Frangos turned their passion for food and service into a high quality fast food restaurant in downtown Cleveland. We’re not a typical pizza shop. The new owner is keeping everything clean and doing an outstanding job. Rascal House is underrated but still very good. The dining room was so quiet and clean that the owner conducted an interview with a potential manager as my wife and I enjoyed our pizza.

First time ordering and placed an online order. Easy enough. The pizza was mediocre… sweeter sauce and a different style of crust. Overall, nothing to write home about. The wings were decent for a quick pizza joint. The disappointing part was receiving a flyer with a few deals advertised but not listed on this location’s online ordering. Most likely will not order from this place again. Too many other options around to order mediocre food.

The young lady I spoke with on December 1st around 1:00 was so kind and patient. And they were so awesome with making a Pokeball pizza for my son’s Pokemon party. I forgot to get a picture but it was perfect and not too many olives like I’ve seen on Pokeball pizzas from other places. Great staff and good food!

We ordered two pizzas. Once of them was pieces of old pizza that they just put in a box. They weren’t even all from the same pizza. Why would you even do this? It’s just bizarre.
Editing to reply to the business reply: this was DEFINITELY not fresh. The pieces were clearly from different pizzas, and so much different than the first pizza we ordered.

So today I stopped at this location to get my usual two slices of cheese pizza with a side of ranch dipping sauce. I placed my order with Ryan Mohney. When Ryan Mohney returned my change to me Ryan Mohney decided to throw my change at me. My change was a quarter. Ryan Mohney threw a quarter at me:-( Management did nothing to him for doing this to me!! I have never been so disrespected. I have been coming to this place for over a decade. Let’s just say that The Rascal House has officially lost my business.

The wings dings were fried really hard and they only put nine wing dings on my tray instead of ten. Also the wing dings were small this time. If I patronize this establishment again, I will check my food before I leave. This chicken was not worth $15.99. At least make sure the fries are crispy, mine were limp.

Great staff. Personable, courteous and the place is very clean! My daughter recommended the place! Only place I will go from now on. Lots of different pizza! The crust is great! I ate the whole pizza pie. I recommend Rascal House to everyone!!!
